The Role of Rural Endemic Architecture in Rural Excursion Development with The Emphasis on Economic Development

رشدوگسترش گردشگري ازجمله پديده‌هاي مهم اواخر قرن بيستم است كه باسرعت در قرن جديد ادامه دارد. گردشگري روستايي شامل فعاليت‌هاي متنوعي است كه گردشگران درنواحي روستايي انجام مي‌دهند. وازطرفي گردشگري پايدار سعي در تنظيم روابط بين جامعه ميزبان،مكان گردشگري وگردشگران وسعي درتعديل فشار و بحران بين اين عناصردارد تا آسيب‌هاي محيطي وفرهنگي رابه حداقل رسانده،رضايت بازديدكنندگان رافراهم آورد وبه رشداقتصادي ناحيه كمك كند. گردشگري مي‌تواند بامشاركت در اشتغال‌زايي وايجاد درآمد، اقتصادجوامع محلي را احيا كند و نيز درتقويت فرهنگ محلي سهيم باشد و در حفظ و بازسازي محيط زيست طبيعي و انسان ساخت تغييرايجادكند. ازسوي ديگرگردشگري قادراست اقتصاد جوامع محلي را تضعيف كند وكيفيت زندگي راكاهش دهد. در اين مقاله سعي در شناخت گردشگري پايدارروستايي، بررسي اثرات مثبت ومنفي آن بر جامعه روستايي وهمچنين نقش گردشگري پايداردر اقتصاد روستايي باتوجه به نقش معماري بومي راداريم.

Growth and development of excursion is one of the important phenomenons of late of wentieth century, continuing at the new century rapidly. Rural excursion includes variate activities, that excursives perform at rural areas. Indeed the second homes are dwellings that are used temporarily and at a period of year for purposes of reereatire and leisure, and on the other hand, the sustainable excurtion is attempting to regulate the relationship between the host society, excursion place and excursives and to moderate the stress and crisis between these elements, to minimize environmental and cultural injures, to provide visitors satisfactory, and to help the economic growth of that area. Excursion is able to restore the local societies economy, by participating at creating employment and making income, and also can be participant at promoting the local culture, and can make change at preserving and reconstructing; The natural and human-made environment.On the other hand, excursion is able to suppress the local societies economy and to decrease the living quality. At this article, we attempt to recognize the rural sustainable excursion, to consider it´s positive and negative impacts on the rural society and to study the sustainable excursion function at rural dwelling economy, regarding rural endemic architecture.
