بررسي عوامل موثر بر موفقيت تعاوني هاي توليد روستايي (مطالعه موردي: شهرستان پارس آباد)

Survey of factors affecting the success of rural production cooperatives: A case study of Parsabad County

با توجه به ناكارآمدي نظام خرده دهقاني در ايجاد تحرك و پويايي در بخش كشاورزي، تعاوني هاي توليد از منظر باز توزيع منافع حاصله از رشد بخش كشاورزي، ايجاد اشتغال پويا و مولد، توسعه مشاركت مردمي در بخش كشاورزي، پايين آوردن ريسك سرمايه گذاري در بخش كشاورزي، كاهش هزينه هاي دولتي در توليد و...، ابزار مناسبي براي بهبود وضعيت كشاورزي به شمار مي-آيند. هدف اين مقاله بررسي عوامل موثر بر موفقيت تعاوني هاي توليد روستايي در شهرستان پارس آباد مي باشد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق 204 نفر مي باشد كه در آن با استفاده از نمونه گيري تصادفي از طريق فرمول كوكران،100 نفر از اعضاي تعاوني هاي توليد روستايي شهرستان پارس آباد انتخاب شدند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و به عبارت ديگر سنجش ميزان موفقيت تعاوني هاي توليد روستايي، از مدل تحليل عاملي استفاده شده است و نتايج اين مدل نشان مي دهد كه مهم ترين عوامل تاثير گذار بر موفقيت تعاوني-هاي توليدي در مناطق روستايي شامل چهار مولفه (بهبود مديريت داخلي، توانمندي هاي مشاركتي و انگيزشي، بهبود توانمندي هاي اقتصادي و بهبود آموزش و نظارت) است كه مقدار واريانس و واريانس تجمعي تبيين شده توسط اين چهار عامل 53/60 مي باشد.

Productive cooperative is an appropriate essential for agricultural situation improvement in the cause of inefficiency of semi husbandry system in creating of mobility and dynamic of agricultural sector. Also productive cooperative play important role to redistribution of gained benefits from agricultural sector growth, creating productive and dynamic employment, people participation development, decreasing of investment risk, declining of production governmental costs and … The purpose of the present study was to survey of factors affecting the success of rural production cooperatives in Parsabad County. The target population in the study was the 204. Also at this research was selected the 100 rural production cooperatives members in the rural areas of Parsabad county by way random sampling via from Cochran’s test. In other word, for measuring of success amount of rural productive cooperation was used factors analysis model in Parsabad County. At the end, result showed that the most important of affecting factors of productive cooperative success in the rural areas are component four such as (inside management improvement, motivational economical and participations abilities, improvement of economical and education and monitoring) that the variance and explained accumulated variance number is (60.53) via this four factor.
