اصول امنيت اجتماعي‌شده در اسلام؛مطالعه موردي: سوره‌هاي مباركه اعراف، يونس و صافات

Principles of Societal - Security in Islam; Case Study of Suras (Chapter of HolyQuran) ERAF, YUNIS and SAFAT

«امنيت اجتماعي‌شده» را مي‌توان يكي از نظريه‌هاي نوين امنيتي به شمار آورد كه به‌دليل اهميت و اثرگذاري بالاي آن در فهم و مديريت امنيت، به گفتماني مسلط تبديل شده است؛ درحالي‌كه عمده نويسندگان ايراني مواجهه‌اي بومي با اين مفهوم بنيادي نداشته و شاهد طرح و ترويج روايت‌هاي غربي از اين اصطلاح در جامعه علمي و عملياتي كشور هستيم. از اين منظر نيز تلقي‌هاي متفاوتي از «بعد اجتماعي امنيت» گرفته تا «امنيت هدايت‌محور» به‌عنوان تفاسير مرجع عرضه شده‌اند. در اين نوشتار، محقق ضمن پرسش از چيستي و اصول حاكم بر «امنيت اجتماعي‌شده» در اسلام،‌ مرزهاي مفهومي اين اصطلاح را در گفتمان علمي جامعه ايران تعريف و تحديد نموده است. افزون بر آن با استفاده از روش تفسير موضوعي، سوره‌هاي مباركه اعراف، يونس و صافات، تحليل و اركان «امنيت اجتماعي‌شده» در گفتمان اسلامي استنباط و معرفي شده‌اند. بر اين اساس، از ديدگاه اسلامي، اصالت اجتماعي امنيت نقد و نفي شده، اما بنياد اجتماعي امنيت مورد پذيرش است.

Societal Security, could be regarded as one of the modern security theories which because of itʹs importance and high effects on understanding and managing security, it has become a predominant discussion. While leading Iranian writers do not have a native encounter with this foundamental concept and we are witnessing the proposition and propagation of the western narratives of this terminology in the countryʹs scientific and functional society. From this aspect, different takes from “social dimension of security to the social security has been presented as the reference commentaries” In this paper, researcher while questioning the whats and the governing principals an “societal security” in Islam, has made efforts to definition and limitation of the conceptual boundaries of this terminology in the scientific debates of the Iranian society. In addition with utilization of the subject - made interpretation, blessed sura (chapters of Holy Quran) of, ARAF, YUNIS and SAFAT, has been analysed and has been inferred and presented as pillars of “societal security” in Islamic debates. On these basis social nobility of security in accordance with Islamic perspective has been judged and negated, but social foundation of the security is accepted.
