چكيده فارسي :
مروري بر مطالعات پيشين نشان مي‌دهد كه اگر چه، مطالعات بسياري در زمينه حمل و نقل و مسيريابي انجام شده است ولي حمل و نقل در سيستم‌هاي لجستيك نظامي سهم ناچيزي از اين مطالعات را داشته است. از طرف ديگر، مسايل حمل و نقل بسيار گسترده‌اند و با تعدد اهداف، گوناگوني محموله‌ها و وسايل حمل و نقل و وجود پارامترهاي متغير با زمان، حالات عديده‌اي به خود مي‌گيرند. با وجود اين تنگناهاي مختلف رياضي و منطق نيز مي‌تواند پيچيدگي مسيله را افزايش دهد.
تحقيق حاضر به عنوان بخشي از يك مسيله واقعي است كه در آن تعدد اهداف، تنوع محموله‌ها و وسايل حمل، وجود پارامترهاي متغير با زمان، تنگناهاي مختلف و بالاخره تعدد مبادي، مقاصد و نقاط مياني مد نظر است. مرور مطالعات انجام شده، نشان دهنده فقدان يك مدل معين براي اين دسته از مسايل است. در مقاله حاضر تلاش مي‌شود كه مدلي براي مسيله حمل و نقل سيستم‌هاي لجستيك ارايه شود. سپس به بررسي و تحليل مدل پيشنهادي از طريق حل يك مثال عددي پرداخته مي‌شود، دراين بخش تلاش بر اين است كه كاربرد مدل پيشنهادي نشان داده شود، در اين راستا ابتدا مثال مورد نظر تشريح مي‌شود و سپس اين مثال با استفاده از مرحله مقدماتي به مدل شبكه تبديل مي‌شود و آنگاه مدل رياضي گسترده نوشته شده و از طريق يكي از نرم افزارهاي برنامه ريزي خطي (LINDO) حل مي‌شود و در انتها جواب‌هاي به دست آمده ارايه خواهد شد.

Abstract
A review of previous studies shows that even though many research have been conducted in the field of transport and routing, but transport in military logistic systems take small proportion of these studies. On the other hand, transportation issues are broad and with various goals, different shipments and transportation vehicles and time varying parameters, they take various forms. Nevertheless, existence of different mathematical straits could also increase the problemʹs complexity.
The current study is a part of actual issue which has many different goals, different shipments and transportation vehicles, time varying issues, different straits and different ports and final and middle destinations. This study tries to provide a model for the transportation issue of logistics systems. Then it will review and analyze the proposed model through solving of a numerical example. In this section, the effort is to show the application of proposed model, in this regard, we first explain the example and then with use of preliminary phase this will be converted to a network model, then the extended mathematical model will be written and with the use of one of linear programming software it will be solved and finally the answers will be provided.
