Design for Decision Making Model Based on MODM for Outsourcing of Maintenance Operations

سازمان ها دريافته اند كه شرط انعطاف در برابر تغييرات و بحران ها و همچنين رسيدن به چابكي، برون سپاري عمليات غيركليدي2 سازمان است و با تمركز بيشتر بر روي مزيت هاي رقابتي سازمان خود، منافع بيشتري كسب مي كنند. از طرف ديگر نگهداري و تعميرات يكي از فعاليت هاي اصلي در سازمانهاي لجستيكي محسوب مي شود. حال سوال اصلي كه در اين مقاله به آن پاسخ مي دهيم اين است كه چه فعاليت هايي و در چه زماني برون سپاري شوند، براي سازمان منفعت بيشتري ايجاد مي كند. در اين مقاله با وارد كردن مفهوم موقعيت سني سيستم ها و تجهيزات، عامل زمان را در فرآيند تصميم گيري برون سپاري دخالت مي دهيم و اثر تغييرات احتمالي آينده را در تصميم امروز لحاظ مي كنيم.

On the other hand maintenance is one the major activities in logistics organizations. The main question contemplated in this article is that outsourcing which activities & when, produces more profits for the organization. This article introduces age status of systems & equipments, thus involving the factor of time in decision making process of outsourcing and considers probable future changes in the decisions of todays. Have found that flexi built-in changes and crisis conditions and also to achieve agility, organizations are outsourcing Non Core Competency Activities
