اهميت دوره عمر محصولات و تعيين راهكارهاي لازم، جهت بهينه‌سازي عمر بر كسي پوشيده نيست. از اين روي سازمان آماد و پشتيباني در نيروهاي مسلح به عنوان متولي چرخه تجهيز و توسعه استانداردهاي لازم، در سال‌هاي اخير توجه وي‍ژه‌اي را به عمر و دوام‌پذيري محصولات و اقلام موجود در نيروها معطوف داشته است. از سوي ديگر، يكي از اقلامي كه نقش به سزايي در سازمان‌هاي نظامي ايفا مي‌نمايد، مهمات است. موفقيت يگان‌هاي نظامي در ماموريت هاي محوله به ميزان زيادي به عملكرد مهمات مصرفي بستگي دارد، اين موضوع باعث شده تا چنين سازمان‌هايي، حجم وسيعي از منابع مالي و پژوهشي خود را بدين مهم اختصاص دهند. طبق تحقيقات صورت گرفته، عملكرد مناسب مهمات در هنگام مصرف به عوامل متعددي از قبيل طراحي مهمات، فرآيندها و پروسه‌هاي توليدي، مواد اوليه و ... بستگي دارد كه يكي از اين عوامل تاثير شرايط محيطي در دوره عمر مهمات در بازه زماني توليد تا مصرف مي‌باشد. در نوشتار حاضر با معرفي مولفه‌ها و مراحل پروفايل محيطي مهمات (در جابه‌جايي و حمل و نقل، ذخيره‌سازي و به‌كارگيري)، رويكردهاي لازم براي بهينه‌سازي پروفايل محيطي و چرخه عمر سازماني اين اقلام مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در ادامه با استفاده از توزيع‌هاي آماري بروز عيوب در طي عمر اقلام مهماتي با پروفايل محيطي استاندارد پرداخته شده است كه نتيجه آن ارايه منحني توزيع آماري بروز عيوب مهمات بعد از تحويل‌گيري تا مصرف مي‌باشد. در پايان تلاش شده تا با تعريف مجدد و به‌كارگيري رويكردهاي مديريت زمان در سطوح مختلف (مرحله جا افتادگي، مرحله عمر طبيعي و مرحله فرسايش) و همچنين طراحي آزمايشات مورد نياز طي مراحل مختلف عمر، امكان بهبود مصرف و ذخيره‌سازي مهمات به نحو موثري فراهم شود.

Therefore, logistic organizations in the armed forces have been paying a close attention to the longevity and durability of material and consuming items (such as ammunitions) in the projects. Accordingly, good financial resources have been allocated to these projects. According to the recent research and study, appropriate operation of ammunition and explosives during the consumption are depends on variable factors. One of these factors is the effects of environmental situation within longevity (during producing and consuming time) .In this study after introducing the component and process of environmental profile of ammunition and explosives in replacement, transportation, storage and utilization, we will consider necessary methods of optimizing this process. Moreover, the statistical diagram of appearing the ammunition flaws from delivery till consumption will be mentioned. Last but not least, it is highly recommended to utilize methods of time management in different levels (mellowing level, natural life level and erosion level) and design different experiments during the different period of the lifetime in order to make it possible to optimize the consumption and storage of ammunitions.
