بهينه سازي زمان جايگزيني و تعويض تجهيزات با استفاده از هزينه چرخه عمر (مطالعه موردي: ناوگان اتوبوس راني شركت جوان سير ايثار)

يكي از مسايل مهم در حوزه تصميم گيري هاي لجستيكي سازمان، تعيين زمان بهينه استفاده از تجهيزات مي باشد. مديران سازمان براي اتخاذ تصميم هاي مناسب بايد بدانند كه چه زماني بهترين زمان براي تعويض يا جايگزيني يا خارج كردن تجهيزات از سازمان مي باشد، به طوري كه بيشترين منافع و كمترين هزينه را براي سازمان در بر داشته باشد. در اين خصوص شناسايي هزينه هاي چرخه عمر و انجام محاسبات براي تعيين عمر بهينه استفاده از تجهيزات، ضروري است. در اين مقاله پژوهشي، ضمن معرفي روش هزينه چرخه عمر و محاسبات مربوط به تعيين عمر اقتصادي تجهيزات، نتايج اجراي مدل در شركت جوان سير ايثار براي اتوبوس هاي O500، ارايه مي شود. توسعه اين سيستم، علاوه بر ارايه تصميم بهينه در خصوص زمان جايگزيني تجهيزات با توجه به عمر اقتصادي، پايه‌اي براي ساير تصميم‌گيري هاي مديريتي در خصوص خريد تجهيزات جايگزين، مديريت و ارزيابي عملكرد كاربران تجهيزات و تعميركاران نيز خواهد بود.
