شناسايي و اولويت بندي ريسك‌هاي زنجيره تامين در سازمان‌هاي توليدي با استفاده از فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي

در دنياي رقابتي كنوني مديريت زنجيره تامين يكي از مسايل اساسي پيش روي بنگاه‌هاي اقتصادي است كه تمامي فعاليت‌هاي سازمان را به منظور توليد محصولات و ارايه خدمات مورد نياز مشتريان تحت تاثير قرار مي‌دهد. از اين رو توجه به فرصت‌ها و تهديدهاي موجود در عرصه تجارت جهاني و ارزيابي توان سازمان در رويارويي با ريسك‌هاي اين عرصه از اهميت انكارناپذيري برخوردار است. مديريت ريسك در زنجيره تامين وظيفه شناسايي، تحليل، ارايه راهكارهاي مناسب جهت پاسخگويي، كنترل و پايش ريسك‌ها در چرخه‌هاي اقتصادي و توليدي را بر عهده دارد. در اين مقاله به بررسي ريشه‌ها و عوامل مختلف عدم قطعيت در زنجيره تامين پرداخته و ساختاري از ريسك‌ها و مخاطرات ارايه شده است. در ادامه به ارزيابي اهميت ريسك‌هاي زنجيره تامين با استفاده از فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي در دو بخش سازمان‌هاي توليدي دولتي و خصوصي پرداخته‌ايم. با نتايج اين تحقيق مي‌توان جايگاه و اهميت ريسك‌هاي زنجيره تامين را شناسايي نمود و با استفاده از تصميم‌گيري چند معياره آنها را اولويت‌بندي نمود.

Thus, concentration on existing opportunities and threats in the area of global commerce and evaluation of the organizations’ power in confronting the corresponding risks are undeniable importance. Risk management in supply chain is in charge of identifying, analyzing and proposing appropriate approach for responding, controlling and monitoring of risks in economic and production cycles. In this paper, we have examined the roots and various factors of uncertainty in supply chain and a structure for risks and threats has been proposed. Then, we have covered the evaluation of risks importance for achieving the weights of supply chain risks with using analytic hierarchical process (AHP) for both government and private production organization. Finally, considering the results of this research, the status and importance of supply chain risks can be identified and prioritized with employing multi-criteria decision making.
