Pojman’s View on the Epistemological Foundations of Kierkegaard’s Though

ايمان شورمندانه، مطلوب هر نگاه ديني است. در نگاه كركگور اين شورمندي در گرو پارادوكس است و فقط با اعتقاد و عمل به «امر محال» به‌دست مي‏آيد. ازهمين‌روست كه رويكرد آفاقي زداينده هرگونه شورمندي است و صرفاً، با رويكرد انفسي است كه مي‏توان ايماني شورمندانه داشت. مباني انديشه كركگور دراين‌مورد، از سويي، يك ديدگاه «غيرقياس‏گروانه» به مقوله معرفت است و ازديگرسو، نگاهي اراده‏گروانه. به اين ديدگاه كركگور، كه به «برهان شورمندي» معروف شده، نقدهايي وارد است. ازجمله ناقدان اين ديدگاه لويي پويمن است كه بر مبناي نظريه‏اش درباره معرفت‏شناسي ديني، سه نقد بر آن وارد كرده است. در ابتداي اين مقاله، به نگاه ويژه‏اي كه لويي پويمن به فلسفه كركگور دارد اشاره مختصري خواهيم داشت و در گام بعدي، تقريري منطقي از نظريه معرفت‏شناسي دينيِ پويمن ارايه خواهيم كرد. چنان‌چه خواهيم ديد، درخصوص ارتباط عقل و ايمان، باور پويمن يك نظريه «قياس‏گروانه ضعيف» درمقابل دو نظريه «غير قياس‏گروي» و «قياس‏گروي قوي» است و از لحاظ چهارچوب عقلاني، مبتني‌بر موضع «منظرگروي انعطاف‌پذير» درمقابل دو موضع «غير منظرگروي» و «منظرگروي انعطاف‏ناپذير» است. در گام نهايي، با نقدهاي پويمن بر برهان شورمندي آشنا مي‌شويم و خواهيم ديد كه نگاه كركگور در اين برهان با نقدهاي جدي معرفت‏شناختي مواجه است.

A passionate faith is the like for every religious view. In Kierkegaardʹs view, this passionment depends on paradox and obtained only belief and practice to "absurd". Hence any objective approach decays any passionment and merely can have passionate faith with subjective approach. The one hand, Kierkegaardʹs basis of Idea is the belief in an incommensurabilism position and the other hand, volitionalism position to knowledge. The critiques included on this Kierkegaard’s view that known "the passion argument", including three critiques of Louis Pojman that based on his theory about religious epistemology. At the begging, this article will look briefly the special Louis Pojman’s view in Kierkegaard’s philosophy. In the next step, I will present the logical exposition of the Pojman’s religious epistemology and will see that rational framework of Pojman’s vision in the relationship between reason and faith is the weak-commensurabilism – against two theory: incommensurabilism and strong-commensurabilism; and so based on the soft-perspectivism – against two position: nonperspectivism and hard-perspectivism. In the final step we see the Pojman’s critique against “The passion argument”, and will know that this Kierkegaard’s idea faced serious epistemological criticism.
