تحليل تناسب زمين براي توسعه شهري با استفاده از مدل AHP مطالعه موردي: شهر فيروزآباد

Land Suitability Analysis for Urban Expansion using the AHPCase Study: Firoozabad City

امروزه در برنامه ريزي براي شهرها، تحليل تناسب زمين براي توسعه شهري و شناسايي اراضي مناسب و اولويت دار براي توسعه كالبدي آنها حايز اهميت است. از اين رو، هدف از تحقيق حاضر، تعيين اراضي مناسب براي توسعه آتي شهر فيروزآباد و تاكيد بر قابليت هاي سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي در ارايه الگوي بهينه توسعه كالبدي- فيزيكي اين شهر بوده است. روش تحقيق در پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي است و به منظور شناسايي اراضي مناسب براي توسعه كالبدي شهر، ابتدا وضعيت موجود شهر و گونه شناسي فيزيكي آن مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در مرحله بعد، پس از جمع‌آوري اطلاعات مورد نياز و با استفاده از فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي در نرم افزار GIS و پس از طي مراحل مختلف‌ شامل ورود متغيرها و معيارها، تهيه لايه هاي اطلاعاتي جديد، طبقه بندي و ارزش گذاري متغيرها و لايه‌هاي اطلاعاتي و تركيب اين لايه‌ها، مكان-هاي مناسب براي توسعه آتي شهر مشخص شده است. متغيرها و لايه هاي اطلاعاتي در نظر گرفته شده براي تعيين اراضي مناسب براي توسعه آتي شهر، شامل لايه هاي قابليت اراضي، سطوح ارتفاعي، شيب، شبكه ارتباطي، گسل، جهت شيب، گورستان، رودخانه، آثار تاريخي و نقاط روستايي اطراف شهر است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه توسعه شهر فيروزآباد به صورت خطي و نامنظم بوده و لزوم مكان‌يابي اراضي مناسب براي توسعه آتي شهر، ضروري به نظر مي رسد. بر اين اساس و با توجه به مكانيابي صورت گرفته،‌ اين اراضي عمدتاً در جهات جنوب، جنوب شرق و شرق شهر قرار گرفته اند و اين اراضي از موقعيت بهتري براي گسترش آينده شهر نسبت به ساير بخش ها برخوردار هستند و جهات ديگر، با داشتن محدوديت‌هاي طبيعي و مصنوعي، فاقد كارآيي لازم براي توسعه آتي شهر هستند.

Today, in urban planning, land suitability analysis for urban expansion and identifying suitable land for their physical expansion is important. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify suitable lands for future expansion of Firoozabad city and to put an emphasis on capability of geographic information system (GIS) in presenting optimum physical expansion pattern of this city. The methodology of this research is descriptive – analytical and in order to identify suitable land for physical expansion of the city, the present status of the city and its physical typology has been studied. Then, after collecting required information and using Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) in GIS software and after various stages including entering variables and parameters, providing new information layers, classification and valuation of variables and information layers and composition of the layers, suitable places for future expansion were determined. Considered variables and information layers in determining suitable land for future urban expansion consist of the land capability, elevations, slope, communication networks, faults, slope direction, cemeteries, rivers, historical monuments and rural areas around the city layers. Results of the study show that expansion of Firoozabad city is linear and irregular, and there is an urgent need for locating suitable lands for future expansion of city. Therefore and according to the location, these lands are mainly located in the south, south east and east of the city and these lands have better position than other parts for future expansion of city and otherwise, with the natural and artificial limitations, are not applicable for future urban expansion.
