بررسي رابطه بين رشته و مقطع تحصيلي دانشجويان و ميزان آگاهي از حقوق بيمار

حقوق بيمار همان نيازهاي جسمي، رواني و اجتماعي مشروع و معقول وي در شرايطي است كه فرد تحت درمان قرار مي‌گيرد. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، تعيين رابطه بين رشته و مقطع تحصيلي دانشجويان و ميزان آگاهي آن‌ها از حقوق بيمار است. در اين پژوهش مقطعي ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسش‌‌نامه‌اي با دو بخش حاوي 40 سوال و مطابق با منشور حقوق بيمار بود. نمونه‌ها 192 دانشجوي علوم پزشكي بودند. بين متغيرهاي رشته و مقطع تحصيلي با ميزان آگاهي از حقوق بيمار رابطه معني‌دار وجود داشت. به گونه‌اي كه دانشجويان رشته هوشبري (03/0P=) و دانشجويان مقطع كارشناسي (02/0P=) نسبت به ساير افراد ميزان آگاهي بيشتري داشتند. يافته‌‌هاي اين مطالعه، مي‌تواند به ‌عنوان معياري مناسب براي ارزيابي دانشگاه‌هاي مختلف در زمينه رعايت حقوق بيماران مورد استفاده قرارگيرد.

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between disciplines and educational levels of students and their knowledge about the patient rights. In this cross-sectional study data was collected by a questionnaire with two sections containing 40 questions that are in accordance with the patients’ charter of Rights. Samples included 192 medical sciences students. There was a significant relationship between disciplines and educational levels of students and their knowledge about patient rights so that Anesthesiology students (P=0/03) and undergraduate students (P =0/02) had more knowledge than other people. The findings of this study can be used as an appropriate criterion to assess different universities in respect of patient rights.
