چكيده فارسي :
مهمترين دغدغه و نگراني در مراكز مراقبتي، كيفيت ارايه مراقبت مي‌باشد و جستجوي هدف و معنا در كاربراي پرستاران ممكن است بر كيفيت مراقبت از بيماران موثر باشد. هنوز مطالعات كمي در ارتباط با معنويت پرستاران بر ميزان رضايت‌مندي بيمار وجود دارد. بر همين اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين ارتباط بين معنويت كاركنان پرستاري بر ميزان رضايت بيمار از مراقبت‌ها انجام گرفت. اين مطالعه از نوع همبستگي ـ توصيفي بود. 100پرستار و 100 بيمار بستري در بيمارستان‌هاي منتخب علوم پزشكي اردبيل به روش تصادفي انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزار استاندارد سلامت معنوي (swbs) و ابزار رضايت بيماراز مراقبت پرستاري گردآوري شد. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه ميزان رضايت بيماران بستري شركت‌كننده در اين تحقيق با ميانگين 157.2 با انحراف معيار 19.5 مي‌باشند. و سلامت معنوي پرستاران شركت‌كننده در اين تحقيق با ميانگين 101.3 با انحراف معيار 9.3 مي‌باشند. همچنين ارتباط معناداري بين سطح معنويت پرستاران و ميزان رضايت بيماران وجود دارد. معنويت پرستاران در حد بالا و مثبت قرار دارد، ارتباط بين معنويت پرستاران و رضايت بيماران معنا‌دار است (p < 0.05) و معنويت قسمتي از مراقبت پرستاري است كه بر ميزان رضايت بيماران بسيار موثر است لازم است كه تحقيقات بيشتري در اين ارتباط انجام شود و آموزش پرستاري تاكيد بيشتري بر اين جنبه از مراقبت‌ها داشته باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
The quality of care presentation is the most important and major concern in care centers, and target search in the nurses working may be effective on the quality of patients care. Yet, there are few studies about the effect of nursesʹ spirituality on the degree of patients’ satisfaction. Accordingly, the objective of present research is to determine the relationship between nursing staff spirituality and patient satisfaction from the cares. This is a correlation –descriptive study. 100 nurses and 100 patients hospitalized in selected hospitals of Ardabil Medical Sciences were randomly selected. Data were collected through using the spiritual wellbeing scale (swbs) and patient satisfaction instruments from nursing care. The findings showed that mean and standard deviation of satisfaction degree in hospitalized patients participating in this research was 157.2±19.5. Mean and standard deviation of spiritual wellbeing of nurses participated in this study is 101.3 ±9.3 and there is a significant relationship between the levels of nursesʹ spirituality and the degree of patientsʹ satisfaction in selected hospitals of Ardebil Medical Sciences(p < 0.05).the assessment of nursesʹ spiritual well being indicated that most nurses studied, had high and positive spiritual wellbeing scores, but they had received no professional training to provide the spiritual assistances to the patients. Considering that patient satisfaction is concerned with this aspect of care more than anything, so the patientsʹ satisfaction at care centers may be increased through using the professional training in nursing, in order to develop the spiritual assistance to patients and to evaluate their spiritual needs.
