مولّفه‌هاي قدرت نرم مديريت جبهه فرهنگي انقلاب در برابر ناتوي فرهنگي غرب

The Elements of Soft Power of Cultural Management of Revolution versus the Western Cultural NATO

اين نوشتار در صدد بررسي مولفه‌هاي قدرت نرم مديريت جبهه فرهنگي انقلاب اسلامي در برابر ناتوي فرهنگي غرب است. پس از بازشناسي مفهوم جنگ سرد و اقداماتي كه در آن دوره صورت مي‌گرفت، چرايي و چگونگي تشكيل ناتو با رويكرد نظامي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. موضوعاتي از قبيل پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي، فروپاشي شوروي و نيز بيداري ملل مسلمان و مستضعف، لزوم تغيير رويكرد ناتو و كاركرد آن را پيش روي موسسان مي‌گذارد. مبارزه با اسلام بيدارگر يا تهديد سبز در قالب مبارزه با تروريسم وجهه همت ناتو مي‌شود و ناتوي فرهنگي، كه از دوران جنگ سرد فرهنگي آغاز شده بود، شكل نويني به خود مي‌گيرد. پس از مفهوم‌شناسي ناتوي فرهنگي، ويژگي‌هاي آن و اهداف اصلي غرب از ناتوي فرهنگي در عصر استعمار فرانوين، در پرتو قدرت نرم و نيز راهبردهاي ناتو براي جهان اسلام و ايران اسلامي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در ادامه نيز مولفه‌هاي قدرت نرم انقلاب اسلامي براي سامان‌دهي مديريت جبهه فرهنگي در برابر ناتوي فرهنگي غرب در هفت عنوان مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و لوازم اين مديريت در پنج عنوان برشمرده شده است. در خاتمه نيز راه اصلي مقابله با ناتوي فرهنگي، با توجه به ماهيت انقلاب اسلامي و قدرت نرم آن، تقويت قدرت نرم و هنجارسازي فرهنگي دانسته شده و به عناوين برخي راهكارهاي مقابله با ناتوي فرهنگي اشاره گرديده است.

This paper tries to investigate the elements of soft power in the front of cultural management of revolution versus the western cultural NATO. After re-identifying the notion of cold war and the measures taken during that period, the reason and the manner of the formation of NATO have been investigated with a military approach. Some issues such as the victory of Islamic Revolution, disintegration of the Soviet Union, as well as the wakefulness of the Muslim and Oppressed nations, have caused the founders of NATO to face with the necessity of a change in their approach and functions. Combating against awakening Islam or the green threat, in the form of combating against terrorism, becomes NATOʹs agenda; and the cultural NATO, begun from the period of cultural cold war, takes a new form. After an identification of cultural NATO, its features and the westernʹs principal purposes in resorting to cultural NATO in the period of post-modern colonialism in the light of soft power, and the NATOʹs strategies in regard to Islam and Iran have been studied. Then, the elements of soft power of Islamic Revolution for organizing the management of cultural front against the western cultural NATO, as well as the requirements of this management have been reviewed. At the end, in view of Islamic Revolution and its soft power, reinforcement of soft power and cultural normalization have been introduced as the ways to combat against cultural NATO, and some other strategies for facing up to it have been stated.
