كمك به شناسايي جنس Passalora در ايران

Contribution to the identification of the genus Passalora in Iran

به منظور شناسايي گونه‌هاي Passalora، 9 نمونه گياهي با علايم لكه برگي از نقاط مختلف استان‌هاي اردبيل، آذربايجان شرقي و استان‌هاي شمالي در طول بهار سال‌هاي 90-1389 جمع‌آوري و جهت مطالعه به آزمايشگاه منتقل شدند. علاوه بر اين نمونه‌هاي موجود در مجموعه قارچ‌هاي وزارت جهاد كشاورزي واقع در موسسه تحقيقات گياه‌پزشكي كشور نيز بازبيني شدند و كليد تشخيص براي 14 گونه فراهم گرديد. با بررسي نمونه‌ها، 8 گونه از روي 9 ميزبان گياهي شناسايي شدند كه عبارتند از: P. chaetomium (روي Euphorbia marschalliana)، P. circumscissa (روي Cerasus vulgaris, Prunus domestica)، P. dubia (روي Chenopodium album)، P. graminis (روي Agropyron sp., Poa annua, Stipa sp.)، P. rosae (روي Rosa persica) و P. ziziphi (روي Ziziphus spina-christi). از بين اين گونه‌ها، P. chaetomium و P. ziziphi براي اولين بار از ايران گزارش مي‌شوند و Chenopodium album و Rosa persica به ترتيب ميزبان‌هاي جديدي براي P. dubia و P. rosae در ايران هستند. همچنين P. graminis روي ميزبان‌هاي Agropyron sp.، Poa annua و Stipa sp. براي اولين بار از ايران معرفي مي‌گردد. ساير گونه‌ها قبلاً از ايران گزارش شده اند، اما اطلاعات كافي جهت شناسايي دقيق آن‌ها در منابع فارسي وجود ندارد.

In order to identify Passalora species, nine samples with leaf spot symptoms from different localities in Ardebil, East Azarbaijan and Northern provinces of Iran were obtained and examined during spring of 2010-11. Furthermore all specimens belonging to the genus deposited in the fungus collection of the Ministry of Jihad-e-Agriculture in Iranian Research Institute of Plant Protection were re-examined and species identification key were provided for 14 species. As the result 8 species of Passalora on 9 host plants were identified including: Passalora chaetomium (from Euphorbia marschalliana), P. circumacissa (from Cerasus vulgaris, Prunus domestica), P. dubia (from Chenopodium album), P. graminis (from Agropyron sp., Poa annua, Stipa sp.), P. rosae (from Rosa persica), P. ziziphi (from Ziziphus spina-christi). Among these P. chaetomium and P. ziziphi are new records for Iran. Furthermore Agropyron sp., Poa annua, Stipa sp., Chenopodium album and Rosa persica are new hosts for Passalora graminis, P. dubia and P. rosae, respectively. Although other species have already been reported from Iran, but there is no enough information regarding their exact identification in Persian literature.
