Features of Democratic Culture in the Poetry of Iran during the Constitutionalist Movement and its Differences with the Poetry of Return Period

اين مقاله در پي بررسي برخي ويژگي‌هاي فرهنگ دموكراتيك در شعر عصر مشروطه است. به اين منظور ابتدا با اشاره به ديدگاه نظري مانهايم، مفهوم دموكراسي تعريف شده است. ساختار اين مقاله بر اساس مفهوم فاصله زدايي مانهايم شكل گرفته است. اين مفهوم كه ويژگي اصلي فرهنگ دموكراتيك است، در پي حذف يا تحديد فواصل عمودي است. حاصل امر در حوزه‌هاي مختلف داراي وجوه بروز متفاوت است كه در مجموع سيماي كلي فرهنگ دموكراتيك را شكل مي‌دهد. برخي از وجوه اين سيماي كلي در حوزه ادبيات قابل رويت است. بخش دوم مقاله به ارايه نمودهاي ادبي فرهنگ دموكراتيك پرداخته است. در نهايت و در جمع‌بندي نهايي، اين مقاله شعر عصر مشروطه را داراي ويژگي‌هاي دموكراتيك دانسته است.

This article intends to review some features of democracy culture in the poems of the era of Iranian Constitutional Movement. To this end, first the notion of democracy is defined based on Mannheim’s theoretical notion of distance removal. Within the boundaries of this concept, a democratic culture seeks to remove or limit the vertical distances. This turn out to be manifested in different ways and formed the whole picture of a democratic culture. Some aspects of these manifestations can be observed in literature. The article presents some samples of democratic culture in the literary tradition of the Constitutional era based on which it is concluded that Persian poetry in the Constitutionalist Movement enjoyed democratic elements.
