ارايه سيستمي كاربردي براي ارزيابي ميزان كيفيت وب‏سايت كتابخانه هاي ديجيتال در ايران بر مبناي طراحي سيستم استنتاج فازي

An Applied Model for Evaluating the Quality ofDigital Libraries Websites throughA Fuzzy Inference System

هدف : هدف اصلي اين مقاله ارايه يك سيستم استنتاج فازي جامع از مجموعه خدمات مهم وب سايت‌هاي فارسي كتابخانه‌ها براي ارزيابي كيفيت وب سايت كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتال جهت ارتقا كيفي اين خدمات مي‌باشد. روش: خدمات اساسي و ضروري جهت ايجاد و بهبود وب سايت كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتال در ايران پس از بررسي سي و پنج وب سايت پر بيننده كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتال در ايران استخراج گرديده و توسط آزمون‌هاي آماري آنتروپي شانون و نرخ اعتبار سنجي محتوا، مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفته است. در ادامه با استفاده از روش شناسي ايجاد سيستم استنتاج فازي، سيستم فازي به منظور كيفيت وب سايت كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتال در ايران طراحي گرديده است. يافتهها: يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش مشتمل بر شناسايي پركاربردترين خدمات وب سايت‌هاي كتابخانههاي ديجيتال و طراحي سيستم استنتاج فازي جهت ارزيابي كيفيت وب سايت‌هاي كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتال در ايران مي‌باشد. سيستم ارايه شده براي طراحان و مديران وب سايت كتابخانه‌هاي ديجيتال اين امكان را فراهم مي‌سازد كه بر مبناي پركاربردترين خدمات وب سايت‌ها، نسبت به ارزيابي سايت اقدام نموده و نقاط ضعف را شناسايي نمايند.

Objective: The main aim of this paper is to provide a comprehensive set of fuzzy inference system based on the most important website services of Iranian digital libraries website in order to quality assessment of these websites and improve the quality of them in accordance of the status of the services. Methodology: By a deep and comprehensive review of digital library websites in Iran, the most basic and most commonly used website services of Iranian digital library has been extracted. This website services then evaluated by Shannon entropy and content validity ratio in order to identify the most basic and applicable website services of these websites. Then by creating fuzzy inference system, the quality of the digital library website in Iran has been assessed. Findings: Findings of current research include widely used digital library website services and fuzzy inference system, which is used for evaluating digital library websites. This proposed framework will be useful for web site designers, developers and managers so as to help them design web pages more efficiently and more effectively. In addition they would take advantageous of
