شناسايي و تحليل عوامل موثر در ميزان آمادگي دانشگاه‌ها براي پياده‌سازي موفق مديريت دانش

Identification and Analysis of Factors Affecting Readiness of Universities for Successful Implementation of Knowledge Management

امروزه دانش سازماني از مهمترين سرمايه هاي سازمان ها محسوب مي شود كه مديريت بهينه ي آن، موجب ارتقا همه جانبه سازمان ها مي شود. مديريت دانش، ابزاري قدرتمند براي دستيابي به مزيت رقابتي محسوب مي شود كه تجربه نشان داده است كاربرد آن در محيط هاي دانشگاهي نيز داراي مزاياي فراوان است، اما مسيله ي مهم قبل از پياده سازي پروژه مديريت دانش، شناسايي عوامل موثر در ميزان آمادگي سازمان ها براي اجراي اين پروژه است. بنابراين، هدف اصلي اين تحقيق، شناسايي و تعيين اولويت اين عوامل، در محيط هاي دانشگاهي است. اين تحقيق از دو فاز اصلي تشكيل شده است كه در فاز اول با بررسي مدل هاي پيشين سنجش آمادگي مديريت دانش و همچنين كسب نظر خبرگان در مورد عواملي كه در محيط هاي دانشگاهي موثرند، 10 عامل اصلي و 37 عامل فرعي، شناسايي كرديم. باتوجه به اينكه عوامل شناسايي شده اولويت يكساني ندارند، در فاز دوم، در قالب پرسشنامه اي براي تعيين اولويت و اهميت عوامل از ديدگاه خبرگان تحقيق، از ماتريس تصميم فازي استفاده مي كنيم. مجموعه هاي فازي نيز براي تفسير ارزيابي هاي ذهني به متغيرهاي زباني مورد استفاده قرار مي گيرند. بعد از اجراي روش پيشنهادي، عوامل "حمايت مديريت ارشد از پياده سازي مديريت دانش" و "اشتراك مناسب دانش ميان اعضا ،" از بيشترين اولويت و عوامل "عدم تمركز" و "عدم رسمي سازي"، از كمترين اولويت برخوردار شدند. عوامل شناسايي شده در اين تحقيق و اولويت بندي انجام شده از آنها، مي تواند به عنوان راهنمايي براي دانشگاههاي كشور جهت اولويت بندي و تنظيم فعاليت هاي مديريت دانش، مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

Nowadays organizational knowledge is one of the most important capitals of organizations that its efficient management will promote organizations multilaterally. Knowledge management (KM) is a powerful tool to achieve competitive advantages that the experience has shown that using it in the universities has a lot of advantages. But an important problem before implementing KM project is to identify and determine these factors, in universities. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to identify and determine the priorities of these factors in universities. This research includes two main phases that in the first phase 10 main factors and 37 sub factors were determined, by studying the previous KM readiness evaluations models and counseling with experts about the factors in universities. In the second phase, a fuzzy decision matrix is used for determining the priority and importance of factors in view of research experts. Fuzzy sets are used to interpret the subjective evaluations in accordance with the linguistic information. After implementing of the proposed method, “top management support” and “proper knowledge sharing between members” factors, have the highest priority, and also “non formalization” and “decentralization” factors have the lowest priority. Factors identified in this study and prioritization of them, can serve as guide for universities to prioritize and adjust the KM activities.
