چكيده فارسي :
با توجه به پيشرفت صعودي علم در رشته‌هاي توانبخشي و با توجه به اين كه اين رشته‌ها تركيبي از علوم نظري و باليني به‌صورت توام مي‌باشند، نياز به استفاده از رويكردهاي نوين آموزش‌هاي دانشگاهي در اين رشته‌ها احساس مي‌شود. يادگيري تركيبي، يك برنامه آموزشي مبتني بر استفاده هم‌زمان از چندين روش آموزشي است كه در نهايت باعث صرفه‌جويي در وقت و هزينه و بهبود عملكرد باليني مي‌شود. در اين روش، استفاده هم‌زمان از يادگيري الكترونيكي براي تكميل آموزش‌هاي دانشگاهي، همراه با كارگاه‌هاي تكميلي باليني جهت ايجاد تجربه باليني موثرتر هدف نهايي است. نوشتار مروري حاضر با جستجو در صفحات وب و استفاده از موتورهاي جستجوي تخصصي و عمومي در زمينه پزشكي مثلGoogle ، Pubmed، Science Direct و Scopus، با كلمات كليدي مرتبط با يادگيري الكترونيكي صورت گرفت و مقالات مرتبط استخراج و مورد بررسي قرار گرفت.
به‌نظر مي‌رسد كه ابتدا در رشته‌هاي مختلف توانبخشي (فيزيوتراپي، كاردرماني، گفتار درماني و ...) بايد نيازيابي صورت گيرد و با در نظر گرفتن هزينه انجام طرح و كارگاه‌هاي باليني تكميلي، بومي‌سازي با توجه به شرايط ايران صورت گيرد و جهت بهبود بالين و به روز نگه داشتن اطلاعات و مهارت‌هاي باليني درمانگران پياده‌سازي آن در نظام آموزشي ايران توصيه مي‌شود.
چكيده لاتين :
Considering the current scientific improvement in the field of rehabilitation and the fact that this field is a combination of theoretical and clinical sciences, the need for modern approaches in academic education is felt more than before. Blended learning is an educational program based on the simultaneous use of several educational methods, which ultimately saves time and money as well as improves the clinical performance. In this method electronic learning is simultaneously used for completing academic lessons, accompanied by additional workshops to create a more effective clinical experience. This review article was carried out by searching websites and using public and professional medical search engines such as Google, PubMed, Science Direct, and Scopus. Keywords related to electronic learning were searched and related articles were extracted and assessed.
It seems that needs assessment should be done for different rehabilitation fields (physiotherapy, work therapy, speech therapy, etc.). Also, after considering the cost of the project and the additional workshops, contextualization should be done to meet the needs of the Iranian population. We suggest this type of learning be implemented in order to update the information and the skills of healthcare workers.
