The Principle of Diplomatic Non-Intervention (International and Islamic Law Approaches)

عدم مداخله ديپلماتيك، يكي از جلوه‌هاي شناسايي اصل عدم مداخله و به عنوان يكي از اصول اساسي حاكم بر روابط دوستانه مابين دولت‌هاست. حقوق بين‏الملل از يك‌سو با اعطاي مصونيت به نمايندگان سياسي و از سوي ديگر با اعلام وظيفه آنان در احترام به قوانين و مقررات دولت پذيرنده و عدم مداخله در امور داخلي، ميان منافع دولت فرستنده و پذيرنده، توازن ايجاد كرده است. مسلمانان از عصر رسالت تاكنون، از ديپلماسي و نمايندگان سياسي در ابلاغ رسالت اسلامي و در روابط بين‏الملل بهره گرفته‎اند. اين وظيفه فرهنگي و تبليغي، اصل عدم مداخله در امور داخلي را انكار نمي‏كند و آن را به عنوان يك قاعده كلي مي‏پذيرد.

Diplomatic non-intervention is one of the manifestations of the principle of non-intervention which is considered as one of the basic principles of friendly relations among states. International law has made harmony between the interests of the sending and receiving state through recognizing immunities for diplomatic envoys and declaring their duty to respect the law and regulations of the receiving state and non-intervention in domestic affairs. Since the era of prophecy, Muslims have used diplomacy and political delegations to in spreading Islamic teachings and establishing international relations. This cultural-propagating principle doesnʹt deny the principle of non-intervention but rather embraces it as a basic principle.
