شناخت و كاربرد الگوهاي نوين تدريس در ميان اساتيد گروه علوم انساني

Recognition and application of new teaching models among the humanities

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي ميزان شناخت و به كارگيري الگوهاي نوين تدريس در ميان استادان گروه علوم انساني دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد خوراسگان و روش آن توصيفي ـ پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه اساتيد گروه علوم انساني به تعداد 140 نفر است كه 96 نفر از طريق نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ محقق ساخته حاوي 35 گويه مطابق با مقياس ليكرت در دو زمينه شناخت و كاربرد تنظيم شده و پايايي پرسشنامه بر اساس ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ در حيطه شناخت 80/0 و در حيطه كاربرد 84/0 به دست آمده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي (درصد، فراواني، ميانگين و انحراف معيار) و آمار استنباطي (آزمون T تك متغيره،T مستقل، تحليل واريانس) در دو سطح شناخت و كاربرد تحليل شده است. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه استادان، علاوه بر اينكه الگوهاي نوين تدريس را بيش از حد متوسط مي‌شناسند، آنها را بيش از حد متوسط در فرايند تدريس به كار مي‌گيرند. همچنين بين نظرات اساتيد گروه علوم انساني در شناخت و به كارگيري اين الگوها با توجه به ويژگي‌هاي جمعيت شناختي (سابقه خدمت، مدرك تحصيلي) تفاوت معنادار وجود داشته، اما بر حسب (دانشكده محل خدمت و رشته تحصيلي) تفاوت معنادار نبوده است.

This study was conducted with the aim of recognition and application of new teaching models among the humanities faculty members at Khorasgan Branch of the Islamic Azad University. It was a descriptive-survey and the statistical population was included all of 140 faculty members of humanities. 96 participants were selected by random sampling method. The gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, which included 35 Likert-type items assumed to measure the level of recognition and application. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained based on the Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient of 0.80 in the area of knowledge and 0.84 in the area of application. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics (percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation) as well as inferential statistics (single-variable t-test‚ independent t-test‚ variance analysis) for both recognition and application areas. The results indicated that not only the faculty members were familiar with these methods but also they apply these methods in their teachings. The results also revealed that there were significant demographic differences such as years of education and acquaintance‚ but there were no significant demographic differences in terms of faculty and the field of study between those faculty members regarding recognition and application.
