Study of Effective Elements on Communicative Differences in Men and Women Interpersonal Relations

اين تحقيق با هدف "بررسي عوامل موثر بر تفاوت هاي ارتباطي زنان و مردان شهر تهران در روابط ميان فردي" انجام گرفته است. روش اين تحقيق پيمايشي و ابزار اندازه گيري پرسشنامه بوده است. پس از پر شدن پرسشنامه ها، جداول توصيفي و استنباطي از طريق نرم افزار spss به دست آمده و تحليل شد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل مردم شهر تهران است كه براساس قلمرو تحقيق 7705036 هزار نفر بوده اند. تحقيقات نشان مي‌دهد حدود هفتاد و پنج درصد از اوقات روزانه ما به نحوي در تماس و ارتباط با ديگران مي‌گذرد. به همين دليل كيفيت زندگي هر فرد بستگي به كيفيت ارتباطات او با ديگران دارد.. در برقراري ارتباط بي شك بين دو طرفي كه پيام ها را رد و بدل مي كنند، تفاوت هايي وجود دارد. آنچه كه مشخص است تفاوت هاي ادراكي و گفتاري بين زنان و مردان بيشتر نمايان مي شود و همين تفاوت هاست كه مسير روابط آنها را دگرگون مي سازد. در واقع مي توان گفت اين تفاوت ها روند ارتباطات ميان فردي را مختل مي سازد و طرفين ارتباط را در دنيايي از مشكلات سر در گم باقي مي گذارد. همچنين اين سوال را مطرح مي كند كه چرا زنان و مردان در برقراري ارتباط متفاوت عمل مي كنند. بررسي ها نشان داد كه كه مردان نسبت به زنان رقابت پذيري، حس دستوردهي، حمايت زباني و رودربايستي بيشتري در برقراري ارتباط دارند. آنها رك گوتر هستند و حالات رواني خود را صريح تر بيان مي كنند. مردان در ارتباط با ديگران خود محورتر از زنان هستند و در بيشتر مواقع سكوت را ترجيح مي دهند. همچنين مردان در برابر تغييرات مقاوم تر هستند. شناخت آنها از خودشان بسيار كم است و ديدشان به مسايل سطحي تر از زنان است، اما بسيار كنجكاو تر از آنها هستند. مردان خود را كمتر درگير مسايل كرده، خواسته هاي خود را بدون حاشيه مطرح مي سازند، يا براي ارتباط مقدمه چيني نمي كنند. اعتماد به نفس مردان بيشتر از زنان است. در مقابل، زنان نسبت به مردان اجتماعي ترند، استقلال طلبي زيادي دارند و در برقراري ارتباط بسيار صميمي اند. زنان وظيفه گراتر از مردان هستند و اعتقادات بر روي برقراري روابط آنها تاثير زيادي دارد. زنان در پرسيدن سوال از سوالات كوتاه استفاده مي كنند و رازدارتر از مردان هستند. نگاه زنان به مسايل عميق است. آنها در روابط خود با ديگران بسيار محتاطانه عمل مي كنند. زنان اهل تفكرند و ثبات شخصيت زيادي دارند و همچنين حالات روحي لطيف تري دارند. با اين تفاسير مي توان به تفاوت هاي ارتباطي زنان و مردان در روابط ميان فردي آنها پي برد.

This study focuses on the factors that affecting the communicative differences between men and women in Tehran in Their interpersonal relations. The study research methods was survey and measurements tools was a questionnaire After filling questionnaires, descriptive table and inferential tables via SPSS software was obtained and analyzed. The study included statistical community of people of Tehran. According to statistics the population was 7705036 people. Survey said that 75% of our daily times spend in contact with others. Thatʹs why everyoneʹs quality of life depends on the quality of communication he has with others. Undoubtedly the relationship between the two sides who exchange messages has differences. Perceptual and speech differences are obvious more than before between men and women and these differences make great changes their relationship.. One can say the differences between individual processes disrupt and related parties leaves in lots of problem bewildered. And the question is why are men and women communicate differently? The review showed that that the competitiveness , feel and support language of women was less than men ‘s feeling in make a communication. They are more frank and they say about their mode more explicit. They associated with self-centered than others are women in make a communication with others and most of the time they prefer to be silent and also resistant against changes. Themselves recognition is in a very low level and their view, but very curious than others. Men made them less involve in problems and say their wishes without questions and the variables of the hypotheses, were studied. Those main characters, which were non-typical by preserving their special individuality assigned to them by the author and played a significant role in the novels, were selected and studied. -In all three novels, nonverbal communications of the characters were observed, which presented the most attractive and prominent types of nonverbal communications in the path of time before and after the Islamic Revolution (anti-imperialism novels). -Proper use of nonverbal communicative categories helps the creation of characters and settings of novels and assists the readers of novel to understand the work better. -The time of writing the novels, subject of novels and writing style affected the processing of nonverbal communication categories.
