Factors and Conditions Influencing the Development of Communication Tools in 2010 and 2011

هدف اصلي اين مقاله، شناسايي عوامل و شرايط مـؤثر در تحول وسايل ارتباطي در سال هاي 2010 و 2011 است. سيوال اصلي مقاله اين است كه چه عوامل و شرايطي نقش مـؤثري در تحول وسايل ارتباطي به خصوص طي سال هاي مورد نظر داشته اند؟ بالاخره اين كه چه نسبتي بين تغييرات اجتماعي سال هاي مورد بحث با پيشرفت ابزارهاي ارتباطي وجود دارد؟ و كدام فاكتوريال ها در توسعه فناوري هاي نوين وگسترش رخدادهاي اجتماعي طي سال هاي 2010 و2011 مـؤثر بوده اند؟ فرضيه اين تحقيق نيز براساس شواهد و يافته هاي اسنادي اين است كه آيا ارتباطي بين رخدادها و جنبش هاي اجتماعي سال هاي 2010 و2011 با توسعه فناوري هاي ارتباطي وجود دارد؟ روش كتابخانه اي– اسنادي براي تنظيم و گردآوري اطلاعات اين نوشتار به كار گرفته شده و يافته ها نشان مي دهد كه شرايط و عوامل مختلفي بر تحول و توسعه وسايل ارتباطي مـؤثرند كه اين شرايط شامل وضعيت اضطراري (بحراني)، خاص و عادي هستند كه بيش از همه، اين شرايط بحراني است كه بر سرعت تحول و توسعه اين وسايل اثر مي گذارد. برآيند نهايي اين مقاله، حاكي از آن است كه علاوه بر 4 عامل تكنولوژي، مردم، عوامل اقتصادي، سياسي و اجتماعي و مجموعه فعاليت ها، كاركردها و نيازها، عوامل ديگري چون عوامل رقابتي، حمايتي، نظامي و تشويقي در اين ميان نقش آفرين هستند. همچنين يافته هاي اين مقاله نشان مي دهد كه بين تحولات وسايل ارتباطي و تحولات سياسي و اجتماعي جوامع رابطه متقابل وجود دارد. با توسعه روزافزون تكنولوژي هاي ارتباطي و شكل گيري عصرهاي مختلف رسانه اي، بر نقش آفريني كاربران مشروط به داشتن سواد رسانه اي بر تحولات اجتماعي، سياسي و... افزوده مي شود.

The main purpose of the present study is to identify factors and conditions influencing the development of communication tools in 2010 and 2011. The key question is that what factors and conditions had an effective role in development of communication tools, particularly during the aforementioned years. Finally, to what extent, are social changes in these years and advancement of communication tools related? And what factors have been effective in the development of modern technologies and social events in 2010 and 2011? Our hypothesis, based on attributive evidences and findings says: Is there any relation between social events and movements of 2010 and 2011 years and the development of communication technologies? The library-evidence method was applied to collect and assimilate the information. The results show that conditions influencing the development of communication tools should be considered in three situations namely emergency, special and normal,although emergency situation has more role in influencing the development of communication tools. The ultimate conclusion of the study suggests besides of technology, people, economic, political and social elements and the collection of activities, functions and needs there are other factors such as competitive, supportive, and provocative factors with their roles in this regard. This study also shows a relation between social and political developments and development in communication technologies. Thanks to modern technologies and the Internet and creation of networked society, users with media literacy can have more active roles in social, political &… developments in modern communities.
