عوامل موثر بر پيشبرد سياست‌هاي اصل 44 در تعاوني‌هاي توليدي كشاورزي شهرستان كرمانشاه

Factors Affecting the Advancement of Policies on the Principle 44 in Agricultural Production Cooperatives of Kermanshah County

بخش تعاون كشور اهرمي مناسب براي دستيابي به عدالت اجتماعي و برابري به شمار مي رود. سياست مهم بخش تعاوني افزايش سهم بخش تعاون در اقتصاد كشور به 25 درصد تا پايان برنامه پنج ساله پنجم است. پژوهش حاضر در 1389 انجام شده و از نوع توصيفي و پيمايشي است؛ روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي- تصادفي و با توجه به جدول بارتلت، حجم نمونه 249 نفر از اعضاي هييت مديره تعاوني‌هاي كشاورزي شهرستان كرمانشاه است. طبق نتايج به دست آمده، به‌ترتيب اولويت، متغيرهاي حمايت دولت، آگاهي اعضا از اصول تعاوني، مشاركت فكري افراد، و هماهنگي رشته تحصيلي مديران با كار آنها بيشترين تاثير را در پيشبرد سياست‌هاي اصل 44 قانون اساسي در تعاوني‌ها دارند.

Iranian cooperative sector is assumed to be an appropriate lever to achieve social equity and equality. Considering the important policy of the Cooperative sector which is targeting the share increase in the Cooperative sector to %25 by the end of the Fifth Five-year Plan, this study was conducted in 2010 in descriptive and survey method. It makes use of a random stratified sampling method and regarding Bartlett table, the sample size includes 249 members of Board of Directors in agricultural cooperatives of Kermanshah County. According to the study results, respectively in priority terms, variables of government support, members’ awareness of cooperative principles, mental participation of the individuals, and consistency of managers’ educational field with their works have the highest impact on the advancement of the concerned policies.
