Comparative Study of E-learning with Traditional Training In Eductaional Sociology

آموزش الكترونيكي شايد يكي از پر كاربردترين اصطلاحاتي مي باشد كه همراه با واژه فن آوري اطلاعات وارد حوزه آموزش در ايران شده است و بيش يك دهه از عمر طرح و اجراي آن در موسسات و دانشگاه هاي كشور مي گذرد. اين نوع آموزش با توجه به گستردگي و منافع آن، امروزه در بسياري از جوامع پيشرفته، مورد استقبال واقع شده و هر سازماني نيز بايد همگام با جامعه جهاني گام هاي توسعه را بردارد، از طرفي شناخت و مقايسه سبك هاي آموزش الكترونيك و سنتي و بررسي نقاط ضعف و قوت آنها براي تحليل و ارايه راهكارها و پيشنهادها الزامي بنظر مي رسد.

Today, the concept of literacy is not the capability to write and read. In the twenty-first century, one should say that those who called themselves illiterate are not the one who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn and retrain are illiterate. In recent decades, the world has faced with a new kind of illiteracy caused by the rapid developments of information and communication technology. It is clear that the traditional teaching methods cannot respond to this huge education demands. In this circumstance, the e-learning has gained it place as the alternative for traditional learning. Perhaps, both e-learning and information technology are the most used terms in Iran’s educational system. It also has been used in the country’s institutions and universities for more than a decade. This type of training has been welcomed in many advanced societies. Therefore, we have taken some steps in order to keep pace with the international community. On the other hand, it seems necessary to identify and comparing the electronic and traditional learning styles as well as studying their strengths and weaknesses in order to provide solutions and explanations.
