The Empowerment level of Married womenʹʹs and its social-demographic Associates (A case study in Ardebil city of Iran

در يك برداشت وسيع، مراحل مختلفي كه يك زن طي آن از نيازها و خواسته‏هاي دروني خود، آگاه و انگيزه و جرات دست‏يابي هدف مورد نظر را در خود تقويت و به همراه آن توانايي و شايستگي لازم براي عملي ساختن آن را در خود ايجاد مي‏كند، اصطلاحاً توانمندسازي مي‏نامند. هدف مقاله، بررسي سطح توانمندي زنان متاهل و عوامل مرتبط با آن در شهر اردبيل است. مقاله از نوع تحليل – تبييني است كه با استفاده از منابع مختلف كتابخانه‏اي و ميداني اطلاعات لازم جمع آوري گرديده است. جامعه آماري زنان متاهل شهر اردبيل است. روش نمونه‏گيري طبقه‏بندي خوشه‏اي است و با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 320 نمونه مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. در اين تحقيق علاوه بر مطالعه ويژگي هاي زمينه اي زنان متاهل، سطح توانمندي زنان در ابعاد مختلف توانمندي شامل: توانمندي اقتصادي (درآمد، قدرت پس انداز، استقلال مالي)، توانمندي اجتماعي (مشاركت اجتماعي و مشاركت مذهبي)، توانمندي سياسي ( مشاركت سياسي و قدرت زن در خانواده) و توانمندي رواني ( قدرت تصميم گيري، عزت نفس و استقلال فكري) مد نظر قرار گرفته است. در پايان ضمن اشاره به اين موضوع كه زنان مسيول فقر خود نيستند نتيجه‌گيري شده است كه نابرابري در دسترسي به آموزش، اشتغال و عدم امكان كسب مهارت‏هاي حرفه‌اي، تبعيض جنسي، تصورات قالبي جنسيتي از جمله موانعي در برابر توانمندي زنان محسوب مي‏شود.
