Parental Religiousness and Family Functioning in Religious Coping Socialization

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي كاركرد خانواده به عنوان ميانجي گر ميزان مذهبي بودن هر والد و مقابله مذهبي مي-باشد. 770 دانشجو به صورت چند مرحله اي از بين دانشگاه هاي تهران، مقياس هاي مقابله مذهبي (2000)، مقياس پيوستگي و انعطاف پذيري خانواده (2004) و ميزان مذهبي بودن والد (1998) را تكميل كردند، جهت تحليل نتايج از روش مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري بهره گرفته شد. نتايج نشان مي دهد خانواده پيوسته منعطف و رهاشده آشفته ارتباط بين ميزان مذهبي بودن پدر و مادر و مقابله مذهبي منفي و مثبت را ميانجي گري مي كند. همچنين ميزان مذهبي بودن پدر اثر مستقيم بر مقابه مذهبي مثبت و ميزان مذهبي بودن مادر اثر مستقيمي بر مقابله مذهبي منفي دارد. لذا نه تنها بررسي نقش ميزان مذهبي بودن والدين در فهم استفاده از راهبردهاي مذهبي مهم است، بلكه كاركرد خانواده در اين ارتباط نقش مهمي ايفا مي كند. نتايج از لحاظ فرضيه انطباقي و انطباق جامعه پذيري و كاربرد آن براي پژوهش هاي بعدي مورد بحث قرار گرفت.

This study examined family functioning as mediators between parental religiousness and religious coping. Survey data from 770 students in Tehran universities completed. Questionnaires measuring family adaptability and cohesion (2004), parental religiousness (1998) and religious coping (2000), were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results indicate that adaptability cohesion family and chaotically disengaged family mediated the relationship between paternal and maternal religiousness with negative and positive religious coping. Also paternal religiousness has direct effect on positive religious coping and also maternal religiousness has direct effect on negative religious coping. These findings suggest not only that it is important to consider parental religiousness in understanding religious coping strategies but also that family functioning plays an important role in these relationships. Implications for Socialized correspondence hypothesis and correspondence hypothesis and for these more complex relations are discussed for further research.
