تحليل و ارزيابي ميزان تاثير محدوديتهاي ترافيكي در كاهش آلاينده هاي توليدي وسايل نقليه؛ نمونه موردي: بزرگراه شهيد حكيم

Evaluation of traffic strategies on pollutant emission of vehicles (Case study: Shahid hakim highway)

بحران آلودگي هوا در سالهاي اخير به يكي از بحرانهاي بزرگ پيش‌روي مسيولين شهري تهران مبدل شده است و استراتژيهاي بسياري در مقابله با آن اتخاذ گرديده است. با توجه به اينكه شبيه سازي نرم‌افزاري ترافيك مي‌تواند يكي از بهترين ابزارها در شناخت رفتار رانندگان و وضعيت سرعت و شتاب در شبكه باشد، مدلهاي توليد آلاينده در كنار نرم‌افزار شبيه‌ساز مي‌توانند ابزاري قدرتمند براي پيش‌بيني آلاينده‌هاي توليد شده در اختيار مهندسين قرار دهند. در اين تحقيق پس از مطالعه نحوه مدلسازي سرعت و شتاب در شبكه و نحوه يافتن ميزان آلاينده توليد شده بر اساس جديدترين مدل توليد آلاينده قرار داده شده در يكي از نرم افزارهاي شبيه‌ساز ترافيك، بخشي از شبكه بزرگراهي شهر تهران مورد بررسي قرار گرفت كه اين بررسي شامل دو استراتژي اصلي اعمال طرح زوج يا فرد و اعمال محدوديت سرعت تردد خودروها مي‌باشد. با مقايسه استراتژيهاي مذكور با وضعيت عادي شبكه، مشاهده گرديد كه اعمال طرح زوج يا فرد مي‌تواند در شرايط خاص ميزان‌آلودگي توليد شده را به نصف كاهش دهد. اما با توجه به موقتي بودن اين استراتژي، پيشنهادهايي جهت كاهش آلاينده‌ها به گونه‌اي پايدار ارايه گرديد.

Pollution crisis has become one of the most complicated problems which outbreaks the urban management in charge groups of the capital Tehran, and many strategies have been used to control this problem. In this case, using simulation is one of the best tools to predict the driver behavior and also the speed and the acceleration of vehicles in the network. As well as using the pollutant emission models combined with traffic simulation software can provide a suitable prediction tool to predict the pollutants produced by urban transportation network. In this research, after studying the vehicle following models based on acceleration and velocity prediction, and beside some bases of instantaneous emission models, an urban highway in the capital Tehran was investigated. In the investigation both odd and even approach and limitation in speed of vehicles approach were supposed. Comparison the results achieved from both approaches with the ordinary conditions of the network, showed that using the odd and even approach can reduce the pollution to 50% in general. But due to the provisional conditions of this strategy some other suggestions are given in this paper.
