Sociological study of social trust based on Giddensʹʹs theory in Zarand city

هدف مقاله حاضر تحليل كيفي اعتماد اجتماعي و بررسي رابطه بين مشاركت اجتماعي، امنيت اجتماعي، انجام درست و عادلانه وظايف در ساختار جامعه و قشر اجتماعي با اعتماد اجتماعي مي باشد. اين پژوهش با روش هاي ميداني و پيمايشي انجام شده است و ابزار گردآوري داده هاي آن مصاحبه مشاركتي و پرسشنامه بوده كه پس از پيش آزمون نهايي شده است. جامعه آماري شامل تمام روساي خانوارهاي شهر زرند بوده است كه از ميان آنها نمونه گيري انجام شده است. يافته ها و نتايج اين مطالعه نشان مي دهد بين متغيرهاي مستقل با اعتماد اجتماعي رابطه مستقيم و معنادار وجود دارد و بين تحصيلات، شغل، محل سكونت، قشر اجتماعي و اعتماد اجتماعي رابطه معكوس و معنادار مي باشد. شرط اعتماد به دولت مي تواند موجب پايين آمدن سطح هزينه اداره جامعه و نيز هزينه هاي عملياتي سازمانها شود، باتوجه به يافته هاي تحقيق كه اعتماد اجتماعي بسيار كمي را در جامعه نشان مي دهد لازم است در جهت افزايش اعتماد اجتماعي از طريق صداقت در گفتار، عدالت در عمل، انجام درست وظايف و مسيوليت ها در سطح كلان، افزايش امنيت فرهنگي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي وسياسي در ساختار جامعه تلاش شود.

The purpose of this research is the qualitative analysis of social trust, the consideration of the relationship between social participation social security, the correct and just performance tasks in societal structure and social class along with social trust. This research used field and survey also. Data collection tools include: interview, participant observation and questionnaire. The statistical population includes all family heads in Zarand city. Findings and results of this research shows there is a meaningful and direct relationship between independent variables with social trust and also there is a meaningful and converse relationship between education, job, residence place, social class and social trust. Mean while, absence of trust to the government can cause to decrease the cost level of societal management and operational cost organization, therefore, according to the research findings which show very low social trust in the society, it is necessary to have more efforts for increasing of social trust through honesty in expression, justice inaction, increasing of cultural, social and economical security and right performance of tasks and responsibilities.
