Technichal skills and abilities of sport executives (Indicators and standards, according to sport managers’ point of view)

هدف كلي تحقيق، شناسايي و ارايه آن دسته از شاخص ها و معيارهايي است كه بر روي عملكرد مديريتي و ارتقاي سطح مهارت و توانايي هاي فني مديران ورزشي مهم است. روش تحقيق، توصيفي است كه اطلاعات موردنياز از طريق ميداني جمع آوري شده است. بدين منظور، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته كه شامل14شاخص بود، بين 259 مدير ورزشي به عنوان نمونه تحقيقاتي توزيع شد. روايي پرسشنامه با بهره گيري ازنظرات متخصصان و همساني دروني و پايايي آن از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ 83/0 به دست آمد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه مديران ورزشي براي اثر بخشي در انجام وظايف و موفقيت به ترتيب اولويت به مهارت ها و توانايي هايي همچون نظارت موثر بر اجراي تقويم ورزشي(87/4m=)، مديريت تاسيسات (62/4 m=)، توانايي در سازمان دهي تيم هاي ورزشي(75/4m=)، مديريت مسابقات ورزشي (48/4m=)، مديريت اردوها و مسافرت هاي ورزشي (72/4= m) و برنامه ريزي تمرينات ورزشي (97/3 = m) نياز دارند. همچنين، نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه از ديدگاه مديران بالاي ده سال سابقه، مهارت ها و توانايي هاي فني بر عملكرد شغلي مديران تاًثير معنادار دارد )05/= p.c 91/6 = 169(F.

The aim of this study was to identify and to present the indicators and factors that are important in management performance and improving the abilities and professional skill of sport executives. This study is a kind of descriptive – survey study .To collect the datas, a researcher made questionnaire has been distributed among a sample of 171 sport managers. This questioner involved 14 item scale .The questionnaire was found to be both valid and reliable(?=/83) .The questionnaire measures the standards through the likert scale that range from 1 (strongly disagree)to 5 ( strongly agree).The results showed that, to perform more effectively and more successfully, the executives need to have the following competences and skills: Monitoring the implementation of sport calendars (m=4/35), equipment and facility management (m=4/17), organizing sport teams (m=4/16), managing of sport event (4/87), managing sport camps and sport journeys (m=4/02), planning sport activities (m=3/97).The results , also , showed that according to managers with 10 years of record service, the professional skill and abilities have more significant effects on executives’ job performances in comparison with other groups of managers’ view point.
