The Dimensions of Iranian Elite Sport Coach Evaluation: Development of a Scale

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، تبيين مدل تاييدي و مقياس ارزيابي عملكرد مربيان ملي كشور بود. اين تحقيق به روش توصيفي پيمايشي انجام شد. براي تهيه اين مقياس كه براي ارزيابي عملكرد مربيان ملي كشور در فدراسيون‌هاي رتبه 1 و 2 طراحي شده، فهرستي از متغيرهاي اثرگذار بر عملكرد مربيان تهيه و با انجام يك مطالعه تاييدي بر روي مطالعه اكتشافي تهيه شد. ابزار تحقيق شامل پرسشنامه‌اي در 35 سوال پاسخ بسته بود كه اساتيد دانشگاه روايي آن را تاييد و ضريب پايايي آن به‌ روش آلفاي كرونباخ معادل974/0تعيين شد(01/0P < ). پرسشنامه در اختيار 450 تن از مربيان نخبه، مديران، ورزشكاران ملي، اساتيد دانشگاه و كارشناسان ورزش كشور قرار گرفت و تعداد 407 پرسشنامه تحليل‌ و سپس مدل تاييدي و مقياس ارزيابي عملكرد مربيان ملي كشور به‌دست آمد. مقياس ارزيابي عملكرد مربيان ملي كشور متشكل از پنج عامل بود. در مدل تاييدي، روابط بين هر يك از عامل‌ها، بارهاي‌عاملي اثرگذار بين عوامل و معادلات ساختاري مدل به‌دست آمدند. ساختار حاصل از تحليل‌عاملي اكتشافي تاييد و مسير بين عامل‌ها به دست آمد. اعتبار مدل با شاخصهاي نيكويي برازش آن تاييد شد. در اين مدل، سه عامل توانايي‌هاي فني، مهارت‌هاي رهبري و مهارت‌هاي ويژه به ‌عنوان عامل‌هاي مستقل ظاهر شدند كه بر مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي مربيان اثر گذاشته و نهايتاً بر توان ‌عملياتي مربيان اثر مي‌گذارند. معادله مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي از سه عامل مهارت‌هاي رهبري، مهارت‌هاي ويژه و مهارت‌هاي فني تشكيل شده كه ضريب مهارت‌هاي ويژه منفي است. در معادله مهارت‌هاي عملياتي مربيان تنها عاملي كه نقش‌آفريني مي‌نمايد، مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي است. در معادلات ساختاري، نقش منفي مهارت‌هاي ويژه نشانگر ضعف عملكرد مربيان در اين حوزه داشته و لازم است در دوره‌هاي آموزشي و استخدام مربيان مد نظر قرار گيرد. از مقياس ارايه شده مي‌توان براي ارزيابي عملكرد مربيان ملي استفاده نمود. ليكن بايد به بارهاي‌ عاملي هر متغير و نقش روابط بين عامل‌ها در داخل مدل توجه نمود. نقش مهارتهاي ارتباطي به‌ عنوان مركز ثقل مدل، حايز اهميتي ويژه است. مناسب است مديران براي ارتقاي اين مهارتِ مربيان، كلاس‌هاي بازآموزي در ارتباط با مهارت‌هاي رهبري و مهارت‌هاي ويژه برگزار نمايند. همچنين، نقش منفي مهارت‌هاي ويژه در مدل نشان از ضعف مربيان در اين حوزه دارد كه لازم است در انتخاب مربيان مد نظر قرار گيرد.

The present study was conducted with propose of Confirmatory modeling of The Iranian Elite Sport Coach Evaluation Scale. This study was performed todescriptive survey way. Fordesigning a scale fore valuating the performance ofthenationalcoachesin theFederations ofranking1 and 2, a list of effective variables on Coaches performance have been provide and aconfirmatory study have been conduct. For this purpose, a Questionnaire consists of 35 components &its reliabilitycoefficient that was determined by themethod of Cronbachʹs alpha, was equivalent 0.974 (0.01 > P). For collecting the data, were asked 450 people as Elite Athletes, Elite Coaches, and Managers with high Experience in Athletics Sport, Experts and Professors. Due to this, 407 questionnaires were completed. After analyzing the data, Confirmatory Model & Scale of Iranian Elite Sport Coach Evaluation have been made. Results showed that due to this model, there are 5 factors that have the most important at the Iranian Elite Sport Coach Evaluation Criteria. In this confirmatory model the variables & loading of each to introduce each factor have been identified. Goodness’s of Fitness of the model have been accepted & then the model has accepted. Thestructureof exploratoryfactor analysis was confirmed.The 5 factors & variables have been identified to present for managers. In this model, 3 factors of Technical Skills, Leadership Skills, and Special Skills which appearedasindependent variables have affected coaches’ Communications Skills & finally affect coaches’ Practical Skills. The equationof the Communications Skills is composed of Technical Skills, Leadership Skills, and Special Skills which Specialskillsarea negativefactor. In theequation of Operationalskills, communication skills are the only importantfactor. In thestructuralequation, the negative role of specialskills indicates the poor performance of coaches Theproposedscalecanbe usedto evaluatethe performance ofthe national coaches. But should attention to the factor load to each variable and there lationship between the agentsin side model. The role of Communication skills as the center of gravity of the model, is particularly desirable. It is useful for manager to held Refresher courses for coaches to improve their leadership skills &s pecial skill. Also the negative role of specialskills indicates the poor performance of coaches inthis area thatneed tobe consideredin selecting coaches.
