چكيده فارسي :
شهرهاي نابسامان، كثيف، تنگ، شلوغ، ناامن، فقير، آلوده به آلودگي‌هاي محيطي، صوتي، بصري نمي تواند الگوي يك شهر مناسب براي محل زندگي اشرف مخلوقات جهان باشد. امنيت، اطمينان به ادامه زندگي بدون تهديد و رفاه و فراواني اصول اساسي شهرسازي اسلامي است.
موضوع اين تحقيق بررسي چگونگي تحقق شهر امن از ديدگاه اسلام مي باشد. مسيله تحقيق بروز ناامنيتي در جامعه در ابعاد مختلف مي باشد. بر مبناي مسيله بروز يافته سيوال اصلي، ناظر بر چيستي مباني و عوامل بروز شهر امن مي باشد. روش پژوهش اسنادي با تكنيك هاي تحليل كيفي و تحليل ثانوي مي باشد.
نتايج اين تحقيق مويد تحقق پذيري شهر امن آرماني مي باشد. تدوين نظام مهندسي رفتارهاي اجتماعي، تلفيق هنجارهاي اجتماعي برگرفته از فضايل انساني با كالبد فضاي شهري، طراحي و ساخت فضاهاي شهري با محوريت كمال انساني و ارتباط و تعامل بين روح حاكم بر رفتارهاي شهروندان و فضاهاي كالبدي شهر، راهبرد كلان تحقق شهر امن است. راهكارهاي اجرايي برگرفته جهت تحقق شهر امن برگرفته از مباني دين مبين اسلام شامل: زيبا انديشي و زيبا سازي، آموزش هدفمند، پويايي، رعايت عدالت در اداره شهر، مسكن مطلوب، نظم وتدبير در طراحي، مهرباني، محبت و خوشرفتاري، استحكام بخشي به زيرساخت‌ها و بناهاي شهري، بهبود كيفيت محيط شهر، اداره امور شهر با خردمندان و دانشمندان، فقر زدايي، پيش‌گيري و حفاظت از شهروندان در مقابل هرگونه ناامني، تقويت فعاليت‌هاي اجتماعي و تعميق بخشي ارتباط با خدا در جامعه است. با ترسيم و تدوين نقشه مهندس اجتماعي در رفتارهاي شهروندان، شهر امن محقق مي شود.
