تبيين الگوي ارزيابي عملكردمالي دربنگاههاي كسب وكار

Explaning the Pattern of Financial Performance evaluation business in istitutions.

مقاله حاضر با هدف اولويت بندي فروشگاه‌هاي زنجيره اي سازمان اتكا، براساس كليه اطلاعات و شاخص‌هاي عملكرد مالي، تهيه و براي اولويت بندي از مدل تصميمگيريهاي چند شاخصه اي استفاده شده است. در تصميمگيري‌هاي پيچيده، بجاي استفاده از يك معيار سنجش بهينگي، از چندين معيار و شاخص استفاده مي‌شود. در اين تحقيق، در انتخاب مدل تصميم گيري چندشاخصه "MADM"، از مدل جبراني و سازشي استفاده شده است كه تكنيك تعيين اولويت ترتيبي مشابه به پاسخ ايده آل و با توجه به ويژگي‌هاي سودمندي بالا است، از جمله ويژگي‌هاي اين مدل، دارا بودن قواعدي است كه مبادله بين شاخص‌ها در آن مجاز است. يعني تغيير كاهنده در يك شاخص مي تواند توسط تغيير افزاينده در شاخص ديگر جبران بشود. اقلام صورتهاي مالي و نسبت‌هاي مورد استفاده در تحقيق به صورت همزمان جهت بهينگي حالت كاهنده و افزاينده دارند، اين مدل، كاملاً پاسخگوي اهداف تحقيق است. شاخص هاي انتخاب شده در اولويتبندي فروشگاه‌ها متضمن شاخص‌هاي دارايي‌ها، بدهي‌ها، فروش، بهاي تمام شده، سودوزيان، نسبت جاري، نسبت بدهي ها، نسبت گردش كل دارايي ها، نسبت سرمايه گذاري و نسبت سود خالص است. نتايج مطالعه پس از اجرايي نمودن الگوريتم TOPSIS به كمك نرم افزار matlab، نشان مي دهد كه مبناي مناسبي جهت اولويت بندي ايجاد شده است.

One of the main problems during evaluation of ETKA organization chain stores execution have been ranking and choosing several criteria and indicators at storing field and this problem is not only important in Defense Ministry and dependent organizations but also is significant at industrial management organization and stock bond market, and companiesʹ ranking is implemented based on a criterion and an indicator, for example based on profit, sales, assets indicators… In this article the writer try to ranking the ETKA organization chain stores based on all information and financial executive indicators and for ranking he used multi indicators decision model, in the complicated advisements insist of using of sufficiency evaluation criterion he uses of several criteria and indicators. In using of multi indicator decision model he has used of compensative and adoptive model in which it ranked in the adoptive sub group of TOPSIS model. In this model we allow to communicate the indicators. For instance lower changing in an indicator will be compensated by higher changing in another indicator, since financial lists and consumption fractions at the investigation are using simultaneously for sufficiency of lower and higher state so this model will be responsive completely. Detected indicators at ranking of stores, assets, dues, sales, end price, profit and loss, and current fraction, and dues fraction, whole turn over of the assets, investment fraction and special profit fraction.
