مقايسه‌ي تطبيقي سطح نوآوري صنعت بانكداري ايران

Benchmarking of Innovation in the Iranian Banking Industry and Comparing it with MENA Region

اين تحقيق به‌منظور تقويت نظام نوآوري ملي كشورمان با بررسي وضعيت نوآوري در صنعت بانكداري ايران انجام شده است. در اين تحقيق با استفاده از روش‌شناسي مجمع اقتصاد جهاني سطح نوآوري در صنعت بانكداري ايران تعيين و سپس مقايسه‌اي ميان آن و ميانگين سطح نوآوري كشورهاي منطقه‌ي منا انجام مي‌شود. پرسش‌نامه‌ي اين تحقيق توسط 251 نفر از مديران و كارشناسان ارشد ادارات ستادي 13 بانك دولتي و خصوصي تكميل شده است. در كنار داده‌هاي به‌دست آمده از توزيع پرسش‌نامه، داده‌هاي مربوط به كشورهاي منطقه‌ي منا نيز از گزارش 2012-2011 مجمع اقتصاد جهاني استخراج شده‌اند. يك فرضيه‌ي اصلي و هفت فرضيه‌ي فرعي تحقيق، براساس هفت شاخص نوآوري كه عبارتند از: كيفيت مراكز تحقيقات علمي، سرمايه‌گذاري بر روي تحقيق و توسعه، ايتلاف تحقيقاتي صنعت و دانشگاه، تداركات دولت براي بهره‌برداري از محصولات فناورانه‌ي پيشرفته، دسترسي به متخصصان، اختراعات و امتيازات تجاري ثبت شده و ظرفيت نوآوري، تعيين شده و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. آزمون هشت فرضيه‌ي اين پژوهش بالاتر بودن سطح سرمايه‌گذاري براي تحقيق و توسعه، ايتلاف تحقيقاتي صنعت و دانشگاه و ظرفيت نوآوري صنعت بانكداري ايران را از ميانگين هر يك از اين شاخص‌ها براي كشورهاي منطقه‌ي منا تاييد كرد.

This research pursues two major objectives. First, it is designed to review the literature on the subject of national competitiveness and national innovation systems and also to measure the seven factors of innovation in the Iranian banking industry and to compare it with the mean of MENA regionʹs scores. Second, it means to offer some practical guidelines in order to enhance the level of Iranʹs innovation system efficiency. To gain these objectives, a questionnaire was prepared and sent to all private and public sector commercial banks of Iran. A total of 251 questionnaires were completed by managers and senior experts of 13 banks and the data from MENA region was collected through the WEF 2011-2012 competitive annual report. The hypothesis of this research confirms the higher scores of the Iranian banking industry compared to MENA region in respect of investment in R&D, industry-university co-operation and innovation capacity. Further, the analysis shows that the matching of the scores in these two variables can not be rejected: government support for highly technological products and innovation.
