بررسي ميزان تحقق ابعاد و عوامل نظارت و كنترل اسلامي در دستگاه هاي دولتي (با استناد بر آيات و روايات اسلامي)

The Analysis of the Realization Extent of Islamic Control and Surveillance on Public Institutions (providing evidence from holy Quran verses and Islamic tradition)

نظارت و كنترل در سازمان دستورهاي صريح و روشني دارد كه مديران مسلمان را به داشتن نظامي دقيق، جدي و عادلانه براي نظارت و كنترل بر سازمان سفارش مي كند. بنابراين هدف اين مقاله بررسي ميزان تحقق ابعاد و عوامل نظارت و كنترل اسلامي در دستگاه هاي دولتي است كه بر اساس مطالعات توصيفي متون اسلامي و مذهبي سه فرضيه اصلي استخراج شد و داده هاي لازم از كاركنان دستگاه هاي دولتي بدست آمد. ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شده براي پرسشنامه تحقيق بر اساس مطالعه مقدماتي برابر 910% است كه بيانگر پايايي و توان زياد اندازه گيري در اين پژوهش است؛ همچنين نمونه آماري شامل 319 نفر كاركنان دستگاه هاي دولتي شهرستان هاي دهاقان و شهرضا بوده است. نتايج بررسي فرضيه اصلي تحقيق و شاخصهاي مربوط به فرض عادي بودن و مقدار آماره T و سطح معني داري، تمام فرضيه ها مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و مشخص شد كه تعهد به ارزشهاي اسلامي، ملي و سازماني از حد متوسط بيشتر است.

Abstract: I slam, a religion is comprehensive and is the responsibility of human needs and human societies and human happiness and everything that depends on the evolution of human societies, it is found in the literature and religious teachings, the monitoring and control the organization, there are explicit instructions to the Muslim Leaders of having an accurate, fair, serious, and will order the organization to monitor and control. The objective of this paper investigates the size and components of the apparatus public control is, based on descriptive studies of Islamic texts and religious core was extracted three hypotheses required data obtained from the staff of governmental agencies. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire designed by the researchers. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was calculated for the survey questionnaire based on the preliminary study, 910 /. Which indicates high reliability and functionality is measured in this study and the statistical sample included 319 employees of governmental puplic and the city has Dehaghan and Shahreza. Results of the study ‘s main hypothesis is related to indicators of research and statistics T and of the normal and the level of significance, all hypotheses have been approved and determined commitment to Islamic values, organizational and national average is over.
