Designing and presenting a model for the measurement of urban cultural development on the basis of smart-thinking and cultural-capacity approaches: case study: city of Isfahan

توسعه فرهنگي يكي از ابعاد اصلي فرايند توسعه محسوب مي شود به گونه اي كه زمينه و بستر مناسب را براي توسعه فراهم مي سازد. توسعه فرهنگي هم علت توسعه و هم معلول آن بوده و محوري ترين هدف در توسعه فرهنگي، كمال انسانيت است. امروزه يكي از بحث انگيزترين مباحث بويژه در جوامع در حال توسعه، موضوع فرهنگ و توسعه شهري بوده و در چنين فضايي، توسعه به عنوان فرايندي چند بعدي، تلاش براي بهبود زندگي مادي و معنوي انساني تلقي شده و فرهنگ به منزله بنيان زندگي فكري و معرفتي جامعه محسوب مي شود. ارتباط متقابل اين دو، امكان رشد توانايي هاي انسان را فراهم مي آورد. در اين مقاله ضمن تبيين نظريه ها و رويكردهاي مختلف توسعه فرهنگي، توسعه فرهنگي شهري به تفصيل بررسي شده و نهايتاً مدل بومي بر اساس آميخته دو رويكرد تفكر هوشمند و ظرفيت سازي فرهنگي براي توسعه فرهنگي شهري ارايه مي گردد

Cultural development is one of the basic elements of the process of development as it lays the appropriate grounds for development. Cultural development is cause and effect of development and the main goal in cultural development is the growth of humanity. Today one of the most controversial arguments particularly in developing countries, is the question of culture and urban development and in such a situation, development is considered to be a multi-dimensional phenomenon, seeking better humanistic material and non material life and culture is a foundation of the intellectual life of the society. The interaction between these two may attribute to the growth of human abilities. In this essay, after the presentation of various theories and approaches of cultural development, urban cultural development will be explicated in detail, and finally on the basis of the two approaches of smart thinking and building a cultural capacity for urban cultural development, an indigenized model is presented.
