Analysis of Factors Affecting the Success of Cooperative Premier in Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari Province

تعاوني ها به دنبال آن هستند كه با ارتقا سطح كيفي فعاليت ها و اصلاح ساختارها، برتري خود را نسبت به تعاوني هاي ديگر حفظ نمايند. در اين فراگرد علاوه بر ايجاد رضامندي در ارباب رجوع، منافع مادي و معنوي خود را ارتقا مي دهند. تحليل علل و عوامل برتري در تعاوني ها مي تواند زمينه را براي رشد و بالندگي اقتصادي اجتماعي بخش تعاون فراهم سازد. تحقيق حاضر، با هدف كلي واكاوي عوامل موثر بر موفقيت تعاوني هاي برتر استان چهارمحال و بختياري، به روش توصيفي، همبستگي و پيمايشي انجام شده است. مطالعه حاضر به روش پرسشنامه اي انجام شده است، تعداد نمونه ها 120 نفر از اعضا تعاوني هاي برتر استان مي باشند. در تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي حاصل از پرسشنامه از نرم افزار آماري spss/16 بهره گرفته شد. نتايج تحليل عاملي نشان داده است كه از بين عوامل مختلف 5 عامل كليدي مشاركت پذيري، سياست هاي دولت، همكاري تعاوني ها با سازمان ها و اتحاديه ها، كارآفريني و تفاهم اعضا در مجمع 08/81 درصد واريانس عوامل موثر بر موفقيت تعاوني ها را تبيين نمودند. همچنبن نتايج حاصل از رگرسيون چندگانه نشان داد كه 5 عامل فوق 9/86 درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته تحقيق را تبيين نمودند. بنابراين با توجه به نتايج بدست آمده مشاركت پذيري اعضا، آموزش و اطلاع رساني به اعضا، كارآفريني و مديريت خوب از جمله عوامل موثر بر موفقيت تعاوني هامي باشند.

The study analyzed determinants of cooperative superior in Chahar Mahal Bakhtiari Province, was conducted descriptive, correlational survey. That 120 of them through two stages of have been selected for the study. In analyzing the data obtained from questionnaires spss/17 statistical software is used. Training varies according to the results of other variables can affect the success of a cooperative. Factor analysis of variables affecting the results show the superiority of the cooperativeʹs five key factors contributing, government policy, in cooperation with the Co and the EU, the Member of entrepreneurship and understanding The superiority of the cooperative can provide indicators of the Ministry of Cooperatives.Therefore the results of success factors are: Members participation, education and information to members, including entrepreneurial and management.
