ارزيابي طرح سربازان سازندگي از ديدگاه بهره‌برداران

Farmers Assessment of Construction Soldiers Project

طرح سربازان سازندگي از 1379 تاكنون، با اهدافي چون گسترش شبكه ترويجي از طريق جذب مشمولان متخصص و بومي، ترويج فرهنگ توليد، بهره‌برداري اصولي از منابع و ذخاير موجود در حوزه وظايف جهاد كشاورزي، و زمينه‌سازي براي تامين و تربيت نيروي انساني مستعد در ايران به اجرا درآمده است. تحقيق حاضر به بررسي نتايج ارزشيابي طرح سربازان سازندگي در سال‌هاي 1388 و 1389 مي‌پردازد، و در آن، ميزان رضايت بهره‌برداران از اجراي طرح و عملكرد سربازان سازندگي با بهره گيري از روش تحليل توصيفي و همبستگي ارزيابي مي شود. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل كليه كشاورزان زير پوشش خدمات مشاوره‌اي سربازان سازندگي در استان‌هاي كهگيلويه و بويراحمد، اردبيل، خراسان جنوبي، كرمانشاه و مازندران است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه كشاورزان مورد مطالعه از اجراي طرح سربازان سازندگي رضايت دارند، و وجود سربازان در مناطق روستايي در بهبود محصولات كشاورزي موثر است.

The Construction Soldiers Project has been initiated since 2000 pursuing objects such as expansion of extension network, utilization of existing resources related to the function of the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture and the provision of appropriate environment for training of human labor force in Iran through the mobilization of conscripts. The present study evaluates the results of the project during the period 2009-2010. Farmersʹ satisfaction with the project and the performance of construction soldiers are assessed in an analytical-descriptive and correlational framework. The statistical population consists of all the farmers under the coverage of construction soldiersʹ advisory services in Kohgilooyeh-va- Boyer Ahmad, Ardebil, South Khorasan, Kermanshah and Mazandaran provinces. The results indicate that the farmers are satisfied with the project and their presence in rural areas is effective for the improvement of agricultural products.
