چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: در منابع مختلف ديني ويژگي‌هاي ايثار مشخص شده است، در عين حال نظريه‌هاي مختلف روان شناسي نيز بر اساس نوع نگرش به انسان، به ايثار نگاهي متفاوت دارند. اين پژوهش با هدف تدوين شاخص‌هاي روان شناختي ايثارگري بر اساس فرهنگ اسلامي انجام شد.
روش: اين مطالعه از نوع كيفي بوده كه براي بررسي داده‌هاي آن از ابزارهاي كمي استفاده شد و به شكل كتابخانه اي و نظر سنجي از متخصصين انجام شد. ابزار اين تحقيق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه منابع كتابخانه‌اي و پژوهشي اسلامي و روان شناختي مربوط به ايثار و كارشناسان علوم ديني و روان شناسان آشنا به مقوله ايثار بود. براي تحليل داده‌هاي اين تحقيق از نرم افزار 19spss و آزمون‌هاي آماري ناپارامتري درون موردي فريدمن2، آزمون خي دو3 و آزمون مقايسه ميانگين‌هاي همبسته4 استفاده شد.
نتايج: با مطالعه متون ديني و روان شناختي و مشورت با متخصصين مربوطه 63 شاخص ايثار مشخص شد. از 63 شاخص كه مورد ارزيابي نهايي قرار گرفتند 5 مورد حذف گرديد و 58 شاخص كه داراي همبستگي بالا بودند به عنوان شاخص‌هاي نهايي در 6 گروه مشخص گرديدند. بالا ترين آلفا در خدا محوري با 95/0 و پايين ترين در خيرخواهي و دوست داشتن ديگران با 765/0 ديده مي‌شود.
بحث: براي ايثار شاخص‌هاي مختلفي مطرح شده است، اين شاخص‌ها بيشتر در منابع ديني قابل دسترسي است. فردي كه تا سرحد جان از خود گذشت مي‌كند به نتيجه اي برتر و بالاتر از حد تشويق‌هاي مادي كه به عنوان مبناي رفتار در بعضي نظريه‌هاي روان شناسي مطرح هستند، توجه دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: The characteristics of Self-sacrifice have been defined in different religious sources. Meanwhile, various psychological theories, based on their views about human, have a different view about Self-sacrifice. The purpose of this study is to provide psychological indicators about Self-sacrifice based on Islamic culture.
Method: this is a qualitative study. Quantitative instruments were used to investigate the data. This study was done by data obtained from libraries and surveys of experts. The survey instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of the study includes all libraries, Islamic research sources, psychological sources about Self-sacrifice, religious experts and psychologists familiar with the concept of Self-sacrifice.Statistical software spss 19, non-parametric Friedman tests, chi-square test, and co-related averages test was used to analyze the survey data.
Results: by studying religious and psychological texts and consultation with relevant experts,
63 indicators were evaluated, 5 of them were excluded, and therefore 58 indicators with high correlation were selected as final parameters and were classified in 6 groups. The index of God-centrality had the highest alpha (0.95) and the index of benevolence and love others had the lowest alpha (0.765).
Discussion:Various indicators have been proposed for the Self-sacrifice which are available in religious sources. A person, who sacrifices his life, considers rewards more than materialistic and worldly results, which are considered as a base for behaviors in some known psychological theories.
