بررسي رابطه هوش هيجاني دبيران با تفكر خلاق دانش‌آموزان متوسطه

The relationship between emotional intelligence of teachers and high school students creative thinking

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين رابطه ميان هوش هيجاني معلمان با تفكر خلاق دانش‌آموزان مقطع اول متوسطه ناحيه يك تبريز در سال تحصيلي 91 ـ 1390 صورت پذيرفته است. روش پژوهش پيمايش از نوع همبستگي بوده و اطلاعات از طريق پرسشنامه استاندارد شده هوش هيجاني شوت و تفكر خلاق پيتر هاني جمع‌آوري شده است. جامعه‌ي آماري تحقيق، كليه دانش‌آموزان و معلمان سال اول متوسطه ناحيه يك شهرتبريز را در بر مي‌گيرد كه تعداد دانش‌آموزان 2626 نفر و تعداد معلمان 360 نفر است كه به روش خوشه‌اي چند مرحله‌اي و از طريق فرمول كوكران انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌هاي تحقيق پاسخ دادند. پايايي پرسشنامه هوش هيجاني 80/0 و پرسشنامه تفكر خلاق 85/0 با استفاده ازآزمون آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شده است و براي اطمينان از اعتبار آزمون اعتبار صوري و محتوايي مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه بر اساس آزمون ضربب همبستگي پيرسون، بين هوش هيجاني معلمان و مولفه‌هاي آن با پرورش تفكر خلاق دانش‌آموزان رابطه مستقيم و قوي معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين طبق رگرسيون چندگانه به روش گام به گام در مجموع به ترتيب اولويت مولفه تنظيم در گام اول و ارزيابي و ابراز هيجان معلمان در شكل رگرسيوني باقي ماندند و در مجموع به ميزان 81 درصد تفكر خلاق دانش‌آموزان را تبيين نمودند.

The present study aims to investigate the relationship between teachersʹ emotional intelligence and the studentsʹ creative thinking in the first grade female high-school students in Tabriz in 2011-2012. The method of this study was survey correlation. The research tool was a standardized emotional intelligence of Shoot and Peter Haniʹs creative thinking questionnaire. The participants were 2626 students and 360 teachers in first grade female high school in district one of Tabriz. Among theses, 360 of them have been chosen through Cochran formula and stratified random method in order to fill out the questionnaires. The reliability of the emotional intelligence questionnaire was calculated 0.80 and the reliability of the creative thinking questionnaire was 0.85 through Cronbachʹs Alpha technique. The questionnaire validity was estimated by face and content validity. The results of the present study revealed that based on Pearson correlation there is a significant, strong and direct relationship between teachersʹ emotional intelligence and its components and the studentsʹ creative thinking. Also, according to multiple regression of step by step method, on the whole first regulation and management component of excitement and then assessment and expression of excitement stayed in the regression form and generally 81% of studentsʹ creative thinking can be anticipated.
