بررسي مقايسه‌اي وضعيّت كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه پيام نور در مركز استان‌ها ، بر مبناي «استانداردهاي كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاهي ايران»

A comparison of the status of Payame noor University libraries in the center of provinces with “standards for University Libraries “due to conformability.

هدف: از اين تحقيق بررسي مقايسه اي وضعيت كتابخانه هاي دانشگاه پيام نور در مركز استان ها بر مبناي « استاندارد هاي كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي ايران» مي باشد. روش پژوهش :اين تحقيق با روش پيمايشي - تحليلي انجام شده و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه بوده است. جامعه پژوهش، كليه كتابخانه هاي دانشگاه پيام نور واقع در مركز استان ها مي باشد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss واكسل مورد تجزبه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان مي دهد. يافته ها: نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان مي دهد به طور ميانگين از نظر كيفي، با استاندارد اهداف و وظايف (98/59%)، استاندارد سازمان و مديريت (33/62%)، استاندارد نيروي انساني(43/59%)، استاندارد مجموعه (83/55%)، استاندارد سازماندهي منابع(75%)، استاندارد خدمات(52/49%)، استاندارد ساختمان و تجهيزات(32/38%)و استاندارد بودجه (25/35%) مطابقت دارند. ميانگين كل مطابقت كتابخانه هاي مورد مطالعه با استاندارد ها از نظر كيفي(45/54%) مي باشد، اما از نظر رويكرد كمي، استاندارد نيروي انساني با(72 /5%) و استاندارد مجموعه كتابخانه با(13/13%) اختلاف قابل ملاحظه اي با استاندارد ها دارند. در خصوص ميزان مطابقت كتابخانه هاي مورد مطالعه براي رعايت استاندارد فضاي مورد نياز با (09/7%)در وضعيت نامساعدي قرار دارند. نتيجه گيري: در مجموع از 8 استاندارد مورد بررسي، استاندارد سازماندهي منابع با(75%) بيشترين ميزان مطابقت را داراست و رويكرد كمي استاندارد نيروي انساني با (72 /5%) كمترين ميزان مطابقت را دارند. يافته هاي پژوهش حاضر، فرضيه پژوهش " كتابخانه هاي مركز استان هاي دانشگاه پيام نور با «استاندارد هاي كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي ايران» مطابقت ندارند" را تاييد مي كند.

Objective: The purpose of this research is to investigate and compare the status of Payame noor university libraries in the center of provinces on the basis of the “Standards for University Libraries” Methodology: This study was conducted through analytical survey method and data were collected through questionnaire. The society of the study was limited to all the libraries of Payame Noor university in the center of provinces. SPSS and Excel Software were utilized for investigation and analysis. Research findings: The results of the data analysis indicate that all Studied libraries are not following standards the libraries studied showed the standards of objectives and functions (%59/83), organization and management (%62/33), staff (%59/33), lib collection (%55/83), organization of resources (%75), library services (%49.52) ,building and equipment (%38/32), and budget (%5.35) on average. The average of the whole correspondence between the libraries studied and the standards is (%54/45) qualitatively. but quantitatively , There exists an enormous difference in human resources (%5/72),and lib collection (%13/13) in comparison with the standards. Considering the standard of required library space, the libraries studied are in unfavorable totally, Results: Conclusion from the eight standards investigated, the standard of organization of resources with (%75) has the highest Conformability to the standards and the quantitative standard of human resources with (%5/72)has the least or lowest Conformability to the standards for Iranian University libraries. Research findings, research hypothesis, "payame noor university libraries of the center of the provinces with standards for Iranian university libraries do not match " Conformability .
