تحليل اثر فقر و نابرابري درآمد بر جرم (سرقت) در سطح استانهاي كشور دكتر مجيد مداح استاديار، دانشكده اقتصاد ومديريت ، دانشگاه سمنان تاريخ دريافت: 12/3/88 تاريخ پذيرش: 21/10/88 صفحات: 323-303 پيامد هاي نامطلوب اجتماعي و اقتصادي جرم موجب افزايش مطالعات مربوط به شناخت عوامل موثر بر جرم در سالهاي اخير شده است. در اين مقاله با تكيه بر مباني نظري و تجربي جرم پس از تصريح مدل جرم رابطه ميان جرم سرقت وسايل نقليه و جرم سرقت كل با عوامل موثر بر آنها با استفاده از داده هاي تركيبي مقطعي – سري زماني (تلفيقي) براي استان هاي كشور در دوره زماني (85-1382)مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. نتايج حاصل از تخمين مدل ها نشان مي دهد: رابطه قوي و معني داري ميان نابرابري در آمدي و فقر با جرم سرقت وسايل نقليه و سرقت كل وجود دارد به نحويكه افزايش نابرابري و فقر موجب افزايش نرخ جرم در هر دو گروه سرقت طي سالهاي مورد بررسي شده است .همچنين اثر مثبت و معني دار نسبت جمعيت جوان (24-15)سال بر نرخ جرم در هر دو مدل و تراكم جمعيت بر نرخ جرم در مدل جرم سرقت وسايل نقليه تصديق مي شود. In this paper, on theoretical and empirical basis of crime,The relationship between crime and total crimes are investigated by specification of two models about vehicle larceny and total larceny. Models of panel data for country!s provinces in (1382-1385) are estimated. Results show strong and significant relationship between income inequality and poverty with crime in two model ,increasing of inequality and poverty increase the rate of crime about vehicle larceny and total larceny during the period (1382-1385). Also, positive and significant effect of people aged (15-24) on crime confirm in two model and population density on crime confirm in vehicle Larceny model.
