مطالعه عوامل موثر بر ديدگاه مسيولان فدراسيون‌هاي ورزشي در ارتباط با توزيع عادلانه بودجه توسط سازمان تربيت بدني

Study Effective Factors on Viewpoints of Sport Federation’s Managers about fairness Budget Allocations by Physical Education Organization

هدف اصلي اين تحقيق مطالعه عوامل موثر بر ديدگاه مسيولان فدراسيون‌هاي ورزشي درباره توزيع عادلانه بودجه توسط سازمان تربيت بدني و تعيين معمول‌ترين و مطلوب‌ترين شيوه توزيع بودجه بود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل مسيولان 48 فدراسيون‌هاي ورزشي كشور (رييس، دبير، نايب رييس بانوان) بوده و نمونه آماري نيز برابر جامعه آماري انتخاب شد(144N=). براي اجراي تحقيق با توجه به پرسش‌نامه‌هاي استفاده شده در تحقيقات پيشين، پرسش‌نامه‌اي متناسب با اهداف تحقيق با 26 سوال طراحي و پس از تاييد روايي و پايايي (79/0=a) از آن استفاده كرديم. در اين تحقيق براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون‌هاي آماري كاي‌دو و مانكوا استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از تاثير معنادار دو متغير بودجه و مدال و همچنين عدم تاثير سه متغير جنسيت، موقعيت شغلي پاسخ‌دهندگان و تعداد تماشاگران بر ديدگاه مسيولان فدراسيون‌ها بود. همچنين در حالي‌كه مسيولان فدراسيون‌ها اولويت خود در وضع مطلوب را توزيع بودجه بر مبناي شانس كسب مدال عنوان كرده‌اند، توزيع فعلي بودجه را بر اساس مدال‌هاي كسب‌شده در مسابقات پيشين مي‌دانند. سازمان تربيت بدني با استفاده از نتايج اين تحقيق مي‌تواند به ارتقاي احساس عدالت در ميان فدراسيون‌ها كمك شاياني كند.

The main purpose of this research was to Study effective factors on viewpoints of sport federation’s managers (SFM) about fairness budget allocations by Physical education organization (PEO) and to determine the most fair and which was most likely to be used in budget distribution. Statistical society of this research was included the 48 SFM (chairman, dean, women masters deputy) and that statistical sample was determined equal to statistical society (N=144). In this research a questionnaire was formed based on past researches questionnaires with 26 questions and after confirming of its validity and reliability (a=0/79) distributed among research society. For data analysis, statistic procedures as Chi-Square and MANCOVA were used. The results of research shows significant effects of two variables as medal and budget and no significant effect of gender, job situations and number of spectators on SFM viewpoints. While the SFM declare their precedence’s in budget allocation on chance of winning medals, believe in current budget allocation is on won medals in former matches. PE organization with considering the result of this research can promote the feelings of fairness among sport federations.
