Internal and External Strategic Analysis (SWOT Analysis) of Physical Education Organizations of province of Hamedan

هدف اين تحقيق، شناخت وضعيت موجود ورزش استان همدان از طريق تحليل دروني و بيروني (SWOT Analysis) در سال 1388 است. در اين پژوهش، علاوه بر شيوه‌هاي كمّي از شيوه‌هاي كيفي، مصاحبه و جلسات بحث متمركز (Focus Discussion Group) استفاده شده است. تمامي جامعه آماري اين تحقيق كه شامل 67 نفر بودند، به‌دليل محدوديت، به‌عنوان نمونه آماري در نظر گرفته شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گيري شامل دو پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته است كه به روش دلفي طراحي و تنظيم شد. اعتبار صوري پرسشنامه‌ها توسط متخصصان تربيت بدني تاييد و پايايي آن از طريق محاسبه آلفاي كرونباخ (82/.r=) محاسبه و تعيين شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات، علاوه بر آمار توصيفي از روش تحليل SWOTاستفاده شد. يافته‌ها نشان دادند ورزش استان همدان از نظر عوامل داخلي (50/2) و خارجي (60/2) نقاط قوت و فرصت‌هاي بيشتري دارد و در شرايطي است كه مي‌تواند با كمك راهبرد‌هاي مورد نظر، به بهره‌برداري از فرصت‌ها در جهت كاهش ضعف‌ها و تهديدات بپردازد. پيشنهاد مي‌شود ورزش استان با استفاده از ظرفيت‌هاي خوب موجود در موقعيت جغرافيايي ويژه خود در جهت جذب سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي و بخش خصوصي و نيز جبران كمبودهاي موجود در بخش ورزش و تربيت بدني گام بردارد.

The purpose of this study, identifying internal and external situation analysis sport in the province of hamedan by the year 1388 . In this study, research methods used are both quantitative methods and qualitative methods of interviews and meetings focused on FDG: (Focus Discussion Group). Total Statistical population including 67 Person that were due to the limited as they were intended. The questionnaire is a consisting of two instrument, The Delphi method was designed and set up a formal credit was approved by experts in physical education Its reliability was calculated using Cronbachʹs alpha (82/.r =) was calculated and determined, which was distributed in two stages. In addition to descriptive statistics to analyze data from the SWOT analysis method was used. The findings showed; sport of the hamedan province in internal and external factors, have more strengths and opportunities. That can help in situations with strategies intended to exploit weaknesses opportunities and threats in order to reduce pay .Recommended sport of the hamedan province in good capacity in the province, with its special geographical position, trying to attract foreign investment and private sector to compensate for deficiencies in sports and physical education should go forward.
