ارزيابي تطبيقي وضعيت شاخص‌هاي شهر سالم در شهرهاي مناطق خشك (شهر اردكان)

The Comparative Assessmentofindicatorsstatus of Healthy Cityinarid Zonescities (Ardakancity)

امروزه رويكرد شهر سالم به عنوان يكي از رويكردهاي غالب در مطالعات شهري و روستايي و حتي در مقياس ملي مطرح است. اين رويكرد از بعد زيست محيطي، سلامت جامعه، محيط زندگي فردي و اجتماعي، رفاه اقتصادي و ...، به بررسي كيفيت زندگي افراد يك جامعه مي‌پردازد. شهر اردكان از جمله شهرهاي واقع در منطقه خشك ايران است كه چندسالي است كه تحت پروژه شهر سالم قرار گرفته است. هدف اين مقاله بررسي وضعيت جمعيتي، اجتماعي- اقتصادي و بهداشتي- محيطي اين شهر با ايران و مقايسه آن با ميانگين سطح كشورهاي پيشرفته در چارچوب رويكرد شهر سالم مي‌باشد. روش تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي، مبتني بر داده‌ها و اطلاعات رسمي و سرشماري است. با استفاده از مدل ويلكاكسون به مقايسه‌اين شاخص‌ها با سطح ملي پرداخته شده و با بهره گيري از تكنيك تاپسيس و ضريب پراكندگي، اين ارزيابي در سطح محلات شهر اردكان صورت گرفته است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه شاخص‌هاي شهر سالم در اردكان در مقايسه با سطح ملي در بعد جمعيتي و اجتماعي- اقتصادي، نامطلوب ولي در بعد بهداشتي- محيطي در وضعيت نسبتا مطلوبي مي‌باشد. در مقايسه‌اين شاخص‌ها با كشورهاي توسعه يافته، اكثر شاخص‌ها در وضعيت نامطلوبي قرار دارند. در سطح محلات شهر اردكان نيز نابرابري در سطح بالا به چشم مي‌خورد كه ضريب پراكندگي نزديك به يك، مبين اين مساله مي‌باشد.

Nowadays thehealthy city approach is discussedas one of the dominant approaches in urban and ruralstudies, and evennationalscale. This approach of the environmental aspect, society health, personal and social environment, and economic prosperity and…, deals quality of life of people inasociety. Ardaka ncity, locatedin the arid regionin Iran that of the Healthy City projecthas been performed in it a few years ago. This paper aims toevaluatethe demographic, socio-economic and health-environment situation of this town with Iran andits comparison with the average level of developed countries in the frame work of the healthy city approach. The method of paper, is descriptive analytical and isbased on the censusand officialdata. With using of Wilcoxon model ,these indicators have been contrasted to the national level and with utilizing of the Topsis and Coefficient of Variation techniques, this assessment has been made in sectors of Ardakan city. Results show that indicators of healthy city in Ardakan city is undesirable about the demographic, social-economic aspects, Butinhealth-environment situation is relativelygood. These indicators arecompared with developed countries, that the mostindicatorsareinpoorcondition. In the sectors of Ardakan city is seenine quality in thehighlevel that The coefficientof Variation (CV)close toone, indicatesthis problem.
