Iran Diplomacy in Federalism in North of Iraq

جهان در حال گذر سياست همواره بازيگران سياسي را در موقعيت‌هاي متفاوت و گوناگوني قرار مي‌دهد كه منافع و الويت‌ها نيز به موازات آن جايگاه و تعريف خاص خود را دارند. با جابجايي متغيرهاي قدرت و تاثيرگذار بر ساختار سياسي عراق و تغييرات ژيوپليتيكي در اين كشور، باب نويني از روابط ميان ايران و عراق شكل گرفت كه نيازمنداستراتژي كارآمدواتخاذ رويكردي نوينرا براي دولتمردان ايران با بهره‌گيري از ابزار ديپلماسي در اين كشور و به خصوص در منطقه شمال عراق(اقاليم كردستان)با توجه به پيوستگي مرزها، مشتركات فرهنگي و تمدني، زباني، تاريخي، مي‌طلبد. پژوهش فوق، ضمن بررسي فرايند شكل‌گيري عراق نوين، درصدد ترسيم خطوطي در قلمرو جغرافياي مرزهاي مشترك، براي افزايش و پيوند تعاملات سياسي–اقتصادي(با تاكيد بر پديده‌ي جهانيشدن ژيواكونومي)قابل اعتماد و كاهش تهديدات در نقاط بحران خيزايران را دارد

Passing world of politic always puts the political players in various and different situations. Therefore, in accordance with this issue the priorities and the benefits require their own stances and definitions, as well. Whit the displacemenl of power variants and their influence on political structure of Iraq, and also the geopolitical cganges in that country, a new chapter of the relationship between Iran and Iraq has fomed, which in return needs an efficient strategy and a new approach for Iranian authorities yo use diplomacy tools in that country, especially in the North region of Iraq(Kurdistan regional government)in regard to joining borders and common culture, civilization, manners and customs. The above survey, while studying the process of forming the new Iraq, inteuds to daw the lines in geographic border rauge for increasing and joining the political–economic intraction(emphasizing on geo – economy globalization phenomenon)which are trustworthy and deereasing the threats in crisis points in Iraq
