نقش قرارداد رواني ورزشكاران در رابطه بين عدالت ادراك شده با پاسخ‌هاي مخرب آن‌ها

The Role of Athletes’ Psychological Contract in Relation between Perceived Justice with Their Destructive Behaviors

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي نقش قرارداد رواني ورزشكاران در رابطه بين عدالت ادراك شده با پاسخ‌هاي مخرب آن‌ها اجرا شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش را حدود 450 نفر از ورزشكاران حرفه‌اي ليگ برتر كشور در رشته‌هاي فوتبال، واليبال و بسكتبال تشكيل مي-دادند كه از ميان آن ها، 198 نفر به شيوه سهل‌الوصول براي شركت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزارهاي پژوهش، پرسش نامه‌هاي قرارداد رواني روسو (2001) با 28 سوال، پرسش-نامه‌هاي عدالت ادراك شده (توزيعي، رويه‌اي و تعاملي) از ون‌يپرن و همكاران (2000) با 15 سوال و پرسش‌نامه پاسخ‌هاي مخرب ورزشكاران از هاگدورن و همكاران (1999) با 9 سوال بودند. داده‌هاي حاصل از پرسشنامه‌هاي پژوهش، با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل رگرسيون ميانجي تحليل شدند. نتايج نشان داد تعهد كوتاه‌مدت، عملكرد حمايت‌گرانه از ابعاد قرارداد رواني و ميانجي رابطه عدالت توزيعي با تلاش براي خروج يا تغيير باشگاه از ابعاد رفتار مخرب ورزشكاران است، امّا محدود كردن عملكرد، عملكرد حمايت‌گرانه، بازارپذيري بيروني و ثبات چهار بُعد قرارداد رواني، ميانجي رابطه عدالت توزيعي با غفلت و اعتراض پرخاشگرانه بُعد دوم رفتارهاي مخرب ورزشكاران بودند. براي رابطه عدالت رويه‌اي با غفلت و اعتراض پرخاشگرانه نيز عملكرد حمايت‌گرانه، بازارپذيري بيروني و ثبات از ابعاد قرارداد دروني نقش متغير ميانجي داشتند، امّا براي رابطه عدالت تعاملي با تلاش براي خروج يا تغيير باشگاه فقط عملكرد حمايت‌گرانه و براي رابطه عدالت تعاملي با غفلت و اعتراض پرخاشگرانه، عملكرد حمايت‌گرانه، بازارپذيري بيروني و ثبات نقش ميانجي داشتند. شواهد حاصل از پژوهش گوياي آن است كه ابعادي از قرارداد رواني نقش عدالت را بر پاسخ‌هاي مخرب ورزشكاران واسطه‌گري (ميانجي‌گري) مي‌كنند.

This research was administered with the purpose of investigating the role of athletes’ psychological contract in relation between perceived justice with their destructive behaviors. Statistical population were 450 professional athletes from superior civil matches in football, basketball and volleyball. From them, 198 athletes were selected with the use of convenience sampling. Research instrument were, Rousseau’s psychological contract (2001) with 28 items, Van YPeren et al’s (2000) perceived justice questionnaire (including distributive, procedural and interactional) with 15 items and Hagedoom et al’s (1999) destructive behavior questionnaire with 9 items. Data was analyzed with the use of Pearson’s correlation coefficient and mediation regression analysis. Results showed that, short term obligation and performance support from psychological contracts dimensions, mediate the relationship between distributive justice with try to exit or change of club as a dimension of athletes’ destructive behaviors. But narrow performance, performance support, external marketability and stability as four dimensions of psychological contract mediate the relationship between distributive justice with neglect and aggressive voice, as a second dimension of athletes’ destructive behaviors. The three dimensions of psychological contract, that is performance support, external marketability and stability played a mediated role in the relation between procedural justice with neglect and aggressive voice. Only performance support, external marketability and stability played a mediated role in relations between interactional justice with try to exit or change the club and neglect/aggressive voice respectively. Evidences of this research showed that psychological contract mediate the role of justice on dimensions athletes’ some dimensions of destructive responses.
