خواجه نصيرالدين طوسي در ضمن پرداختن به حكمت و علوم طبيعي، در كتاب اخلاق ناصري به سياست مُدُن و تدبير منزل توجه خاصي داشته و در اثناي مباحث خود به نظام ارزشي حاكم بر فرايند تعليم و تربيت انساني، توجه ويژه اي نموده است. نظام ارزشي در نگاه او از يك سو بر مباحث فطري و سرشتي انسان مبتني است و از سوي ديگر جامعه و آموزه هاي آن را در سمت و سو دادن به اين نظام حاكم، موثر مي‌داند، از طرف ديگر خواجه نصير تاثيرات غيبي و آموزه هاي معنوي و عنايات الهي را در تثبيت نظام ارزشي مذكور و هدايت انسان در مسير ارزشها مهم و موثر مي داند. او معتقد است انسان از بدو كودكي، هم آمادگي پذيرش نظام ارزشي را دارد و هم اگر خوب هدايت نشود ضد ارزشها مي تواند در سرشت او موكد شود؛ همچنين جامعه و خانواده در حفاظت او از افتادن به دام ضد ارزشها نقش حياتي دارند. در اين مقاله از جهات مختلف به بررسي آراي خواجه نصير درباره نظام ارزشي حاكم بر فرايند تعليم و تربيت پرداخته خواهد شد.

Khaje Nasiroddin Toosi in addressing to the philosophy and the natural sciences in Akhlaghe Naseri, had a particular interest to politics and economics and during his speeches he paid to the dominant value system on the process of human education. On the one hand, the value system in his opinion is based on indigenous issues and human nature and on the other hand, he knows the community and its education are effective in giving direction to that system. Therefore, Khaje Nasir considers being important and influential, and occulting influences the teachings of spiritual and divine attention in fixing the value system and conducting human on the path of values. He believes that human beings from early childhood are ready for acceptance of the value system and even though they are not guided good, counter values can be emphatic in their nature. Furthermore, society and family has a vital role in protecting him from falling into the trap of anti-values. In this article we will discuss the various aspects of Nasirʹs comments and opinions about the dominated value system on the process of education.
