The Structure of Narration in the Story of Zahak

داستان ضحاك، يكي از داستانهاي اساطيري شاهنامه فردوسي، است كه به لحاظ ساختار ويژه اي كه دارد، از منظر ديدگاههاي جديد نقد ادبي شايسته بررسي است. بنابراين، داستان مذكور براساس ديدگاههاي گريماس، نظريه پرداز ساختارگرا نقد و تحليل شده است . بر طبق الگوي گريماس: شناسنده(ضد قهرمان): ضحاك است؛ موضوع شناسايي: پادشاهي؛ فرستنده: اهريمن؛ گيرنده: ضحاك؛ نيروهاي ياريگر: اهريمن و...؛ نيروهاي مخالف: فريدون، كاوه و... به شمار مي‌روند زنجيره‌هاي روايي در اين داستان عبارتنداز: زنجيره پيماني كه بيانگرپيماني بين فرستنده و گيرنده است؛ اجرايي كه شامل آزمونها و ماموريتهاي شناسنده است و انفصالي: كه حاكي از سير داستان از وضعيت نامتعادل و منفي به وضعيت مثبت است. بنابراين كاركردهاي ويژه روايت دراين داستان شامل پيمان، آزمون و داوري است. در روايت اين داستان، ساختار «قرار داد (يا ممنوعيت ) نقض مجازات»، به كارگرفته شده است؛ يعني شناسنده (ضحاك) قراردادها و ممنوعيت‌ها را نقض مي‌كند و سرانجام مجازات مي‌شود.

This article considers structure and elements of narration in the story of Zahak, one of the mythical stories in the Firdausi’s Shahname. Because of its special structure, the story of Zahak must be taken into consideration in the new literary critical points of view. Structural criticizer, Greimas, has analyzed this story. According to Greimas model, subject (Anti Hero) is Zahak, object is kingship, sender is devil and receiver is Zahak. Continuums of narrative are: contractual circle which is about a contract between sender and receiver; performance circle which consist of experiments and missions of subject; and disjunctive circle which is about the itinerary from unbalanced and negative condition to positive one. So, the special functions of narration in the story are contract, experiment and judgment. In the narration of story, the model is: contract-violation-punishment. In the other words, subject (Zahak) violated the rules (prohibitions) and finally was punished. Keywords: The story of Zahak, Narration Structure, Narrative elements and Greimas .
