بررسي توزيع و تراكم ماكروبنتوزها در مزارع پرورش ميگوي سفيد غربي (Litopenaeus vannamei) در منطقه گميشان استان گلستان

Macrobenthos density and distribution of farms in the western white shrimp forms (Litopenaeus vannamei) in Golestan province Gomishan

اين تحقيق به منظور بررسي تراكم ماكروبنتوز ها در استخرهاي پرورش ميگوي سفيد غربي در منطقه گميشان استان گلستان در 2 استخر هر يك به مساحت 1 هكتار و عمق متوسط 5/1 متر انجام شد. نمونه برداري از رسوبات از 5 قسمت (خروجي، مياني، ورودي و كناره ها) با استفاده از دستگاه گرب با سطح مقطع 262 سانتي متر مربع طي دوره پرورش بطور ماهانه (از تير تا مهر) در مركز آموزش و ترويج آبزيان گميشان در سال 1389 انجام شد. نمونه هاي جمع آوري شده با محلول رزبنگال(1 گرم بر ليتر) رنگ آميزي و با الكل اتيليك 70% تثبيت شدند، در آزمايشگاه نمونه ها از الك 500 ميكرون جهت نگهداري ماكروبنتوزها عبور و شستشو داده شده و با استفاده از استريو ميكروسكوپ و ميكروسكوپ تمام موجودات توسط كليد هاي شناسايي اختصاصي درياي خزر شناسايي و شمارش شدند. فاكتورهاي دما، pH، شوري هر ده روز يكبار اندازه گيري گرديد. موجودات ماكروفون شناسايي شده در استخر هاي پرورش ميگوي سفيد غربي مربوط به رده هاي شكم پايان، دوكفه اي ها، پرتاران، حشرات و سخت پوستان بودند. به طور كلي بيشترين فراواني در استخر 6 با 67 درصد و استخر 16 با 58 درصد متعلق به گروه پرتاران و كمترين فراواني در استخر 6 با 2 درصد و استخر 16 با 5 درصد متعلق به گروه سخت پوستان بود. همچنين كمترين فراواني ماكروبنتوزها در استخر 6 و 16 در كناره راست و بيشترين تراكم در استخر 6 در ورودي و استخر 16 در قسمت كناره چپ به دست آمد. نتايج حاصل از انجام آزمون تستT در خصوص مقايسه فراواني كل ماكروبنتوزها، بين استخرهاي 6 و 16 اختلاف معني داري را از خود نشان نداد(05/0?P). مقايسه ماكروبنتوزها طي ماه هاي مختلف نشان داد كه تراكم آنها از تير ماه تا مهر ماه يك كاهش نسبي را از خود نشان داده كه اين اختلاف از لحاظ آماري معني دار است (05/0?P). فاكتورهاي مورد مقايسه (دما، شوري و pH) در دو استخر، اختلاف معني دار نداشتند (05/0 < P)، در حالي كه در ماه هاي مختلف و در صبح و عصر تفاوتي معني دار مشاهده شد (05/0 ?P).

This study investigated Macrobenthos density of western white shrimp farms in the Golestan province, Gomishan region. Two saltwater ponds with levels 1 ha and the average depth of 1.5 m was used. In the Gomishan Center and Promote Aquaculture, sampling of sediments from five stations (output, intermediate inputs and sides) was done by using Grab with 262 cm2 surface area during the growing period (from July to October 1389). The samples were stained with Rose Bengal (1 gr/lit) solution later was fixed with 70% ethyl alcohol. Then it was passed through a 500 micron sieve, and the Macrobenthos were remained, which was inspected and counted. Every ten days the temperature, pH and salinity were measured. Macrofauna organisms identified that were related to the category selected in this study were Gastropoda, Bivalvia, polychaete, Insecta, Crustacea. The highest abundances of the ponds 6 and 16 (67% and 58% respectively) are related to Polychaete. Moreover the lowest abundances (2% and 5% respectively) are related to Crustacea. Furthermore, the lowest abundance of Macrobenthos in mentioned ponds belonged to right sides. The highest abundances in ponds of 6 and 16 belonged to input and left sides. The results of T test of the total Macrobenthos abundance comparison between ponds 6 and 16 were insignificant (p > 0.05). Macrobenthoses abundance compared in different months (June to September) showed relative decreased, however this difference was significant (p < 0.05). Compared factors (temperature, pH and salinity) had not significant differences between the two ponds (p > 0.05), however there was significant differences between different months, morning and afternoon (p < 0.05).
