رابطه بين هوش اجتماعي مديران با رضايت شغلي معلمان مدارس

The relationship between social intelligence managers with job satisfaction of teachers in schools

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر تعيين رابطه بين هوش اجتماعي مديران با رضايت شغلي معلمان شهرستانهاي شمال استان آذربايجان غربي در سال تحصيلي 89-88 بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را كليه مديران و معلمان شهرستان هاي شمال استان آذربايجان غربي در سال تحصيلي 89-88 تشكيل مي دادند كه با استفاده از نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي تعداد 120 مدير و 360 معلم به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه هاي هوش اجتماعي ترومسو و رضايت شغلي فيلد و روث استفاده گرديد. داده ها با استفاده از روش هاي آماري همبستگي و رگرسيون چندگانه تحليل شدند. نتايج نشان داد كه: (1) بين هوش اجتماعي مديران و رضايت شغلي معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. (2) از بين سه مولفه هوش اجتماعي، مولفه مهارت هاي اجتماعي و پردازش اطلاعات اجتماعي بهترين پيش بين براي رضايت شغلي مي باشند.

The main purpose of this study investigated the relationship between social intelligence managers with job satisfaction of teachers in districts north of West Azerbaijan province was 89-88 academic year.The study of all the teachers، administrators and city north of West Azerbaijan province in the academic year 89-88 comprised using stratified random sampling number of 120 principal and 360 teachers were selected as sample. Data from two questionnaires Tromso social intelligence and job satisfaction Fild and Ruth were used. Data using statistical Correlation and Multiple Regression were analyzed. The results showed that: between social intelligence managers and job satisfaction of teachers and significant direct relationship exists. Between the components of intelligence and social service managers and job satisfaction of teachers has a direct and meaningful relationship. Social Skills and Social Information Processing components are the best prediction of teacher Job Satisfaction.
